I have had the printer for almost a year, and so far it is holding up well.

Print quality is excellent. Takes up less space than our old Pixma, which we had for years. Happy with the purchase

Outstanding performance, and excellent value for the price. Great printing performance even with "Low Ink" indications. I like the double-sided printing option. And my Alexa device wants to "Talk" to this printer! Alas they are "wireless' and lonely...

Like everything getting used to a new technology is always a challenge, especially when you're 85. That's where being a Total Tec. Geek squad member comes into play. One call, 15 min., and the help of a very knowledgeable woman from Best Buy's Squad and Voila! I'm cooking with this new, for me, Canon Pixma TR 8620a ALL IN ONE Printer My old reliable Brother MFC 495CW was getting tired. The new CANON has slicker features and makes learning fun. AND HE PRICE IS RIGHT!

I bought this PIXMA to make copies/cards of my artwork. I wasn't disappointed - they were beautifu,l for 1 day; then the router was replaced and I haven't gotten it to work since. Want to cry, cannot get the pc reconnected. Tried everything I (baby boomer) can do. Will have to spend big bucks for help, I guess. Just floundering.

It seemed to be the most useful given the price and the print quality is fine. Odd that you have to open the front panel to use it. A bit awkward to get used to. The ad was not clear on which model had WiFi - seems the little "a" is the key after the model number.

Easy to install, good price the only issue is you have to leave open the cover

Best inexpensive and dependable all-in-one printer we have ever had! Have had numerous printers over the past 35 years or so. This one for many now and has not disappointed.

I was looking for same set up as 8520 so I will be familiar with. I t does what I expected this printer to do…I print a lot of photos and do just that…I am using genuine cannon inks instead of other equivalent ones so a bit expensive but the color is better. I am happy with this purchase.
