    Easy to use. Love it! The ink seems to be expensive but that’s the only semi-negative.

    The printer functions as expected. However, Canon has disappointed me on certain operations. Why they require me to flip up the control panel before printing and only provided a manual flip out lever for catching the paper doesn't make any sense. Also the ink cartridges are more open allowing for messy handling. My previous Canon was many times user friendly. Too bad Canon didn't provide drivers for Win 11 or I wouldn't have had to replace it.

    Great home office printer overall. The big negatives are that it doesn't do duplex scanning, and printing in duplex is slow.

    The printer is fine. It replaces another Cannon Pixma. This is petty but this printer shuts itself off after a while. We live in a 3 story house. We left the old printer on so that we could print at any time from any floor. The other minor issue is the manual. It doesn’t really come with one and the online one is not great.
