It was so easy to setup and I do like the copy feature.

Very difficult to set up…Poor instruction guide….It does not address how to make a copy , which I still can’t do. It is a bit pricey also.

Scanner twist paper, doesn't hold alot of paper, and ink doesn't last very long. I live my Brother.

My MX700 finally die, had it for years. This is a nice printer also, works great and nice big ink tanks. The only down fall for me is you have to download the software. I like the DVD that use to come with the printers.

This is a printer that I mainly bought for the color scanner etc, It sets up very easy and is pretty fast over my wireless network. Overall I would recommend it for anyone who is looking for a good mid priced color printer /scanner.

Overall it is working well, the only complaint is that you have to make sure it is turned on. It won’t wake up on its own when it has a print job.

Do NOT buy this printer I have spent literally hours trying to get it to print. It will not print from main tray even when it is chosen in preferences and a different size is confirmed in rear tray.

It has been a year since I purchased this printer and it is still working perfectly. Has many functions including duplex printing. The LED screen is clear and easy to read.

This item not only stopped working but is no longer covered by the protection plan this is unacceptable the logic behind it and why it doesn’t work any longer in such a short period of time. Does it make sense it has crap parts.

It is a nice 3-in-1. The instructions needed to be more user friendly. However, I was able to utilized the product to perform specific tasks with the required accuracy.

I enjoyed the Canon Pixma MX410 for 10 years, so it was very nice that Canon recommended this TR8620a model (after the old printer displayed that the ink absorber was getting full). I have not used the fax yet, but installation through print usage has been great!

The Canon TR8620a wireless printer is great and has many features.

only have had for a little over a month, at first it worked great and easy setup. Seems to use a LOT of INK, black is already have way down and I;ve already refiied once. That's rediculous.

Has been working very well so far, and the quality and consistency of connection is a huge upgrade from our previous.

It's a Christmas gift so we haven't opened it yet but we'll let you know when we do

Once we set it up, it has worked beautifully. We love it. Our old Cannon lasted for over 10 years. Refilling the paper is so much easier and it adapts to various print media like card stock, business cards, etc..

It works as intended but it's very thirsty when it comes to ink. Expect to buy black on a monthly basis if you print anything over 200 pages a month.

it's a printer. Small piece of plastic breaks on it though and the thing can't tell it's closed. Kinda dumb but it works.

I *hate* it. I bought this because I previously had a canon. This is junk. It's not like my other printer which offers wifi printing via airprint. Instead it requires you to download a special app to your device, only convenient if you need to print loads of photos from your phone but if you have a quick item you need printed from an email attachment or website? You cannot do it because thats not how the app functions. More importantly though, the printer will be visible on my laptop or phone - until I try and print it says "searching"... Today I printed a document from my laptop perfectly fine, and ten minutes later attempted to print another document of the same format and suddenly the wheel just keeps spinning and spinning, but the printer isn't getting the info. I turned off the printer and turn it back on, suddenly it can print the document! So, if you love sitting right next to your printer turning it off and on between every document, and never being able to easily print off your phone or tablet unless its a 4x6 photo you upload to the app... then this is the headache for you!! Incredibly disappointed that I didn't use it more before the return period expired, I would send this back in a heartbeat, instead it looks like its getting shipped to the landfill.
