Printer eats ink. With the cost of the ink this printer is extremely pricy. There are better solutions. The printer is also touchy to get it connected to Wi-Fi.

The printer is fine for me - color isn't wounderful but I didn't expect it to be. My reason for the 3 stars is there is no owners manual ?? Why is that? This even does two sided copies but I haven't a clue how to do it ! I'm 86 years old and very far from a computer ace but I can read and usually comprehend text. No chance with this printer - sad!

The ink for this printer is very expensive and does not last at all. I use this for work, which is what they say it can be used for. If I print 50 sheets of paper I am about out of ink. Ridiculous. I understand that you get what you pay for, but the ink almost costs as much as the printer and goes out in 3 days.

Its is real real real slow. It has as much memory abailable as windows 1995. If you can wait forever for your job to finish then go for it. These ither reviewers are some old folls becuase it makes no sense on how they rated it so high.

The printer would be okay if i was only printing word documents. But as an artist trying to print high quality pictures, no matter what setting adjustments, the pics always print greyish and not trully dark or HD. Also has no option to manually connect to computer.

I give the item a zero because it wouldn't function i had to return item then i got an Hp that also wont do the work. Customer services told me i couldn't also return a scooter that doesn't work at all it seems to get power but it just turns off. That 3 items that i am told i cant return. I am writing the better business bureau due to Customer service refuses to contact corporate. I sent an email to the corporation and so its escalation is to call BBB. I USE TO BUY NUMEROUS ITEMS THERE BUT IF YOU REFUSES TO CALL ME TO MAKE THAT RIGHT THEN I WILL GO ELSEWHERE. I give customer service and product a bad an additional enforcement that nearly 1000 dollars of bad quality products

Having trouble getting it to link to my smart phone

I bought this printer as one that you can put on the monthly subscription for in. I’ve printed under 100 pages and the duplex printing already messed up. The paper gets stuck. When I do one sided printing, it also gets stuck now. Very disappointing! of course it’s past my Return date.

I will be returning this. Doesn't have a paper tray, just a hand feeder. Poor design for an all in one.

When it works, it is great. Unfortunately, it does not work all the time, and we know no one to look at it and assess the problem.

I bought this during a sale. The price was good but, as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. 1. Slow. 2. No ability to print on both sides. 3. Problems with paper feed from the bottom tray.

No matter what I do, I cannot connect this printer to AirPrint. Only way I could connect was to purchase a usb cord (not included with printer) and connect directly to my computer.

Absolutely terrible printer. Won’t connect to my MacBook and very confusing. I’ve had so many printers and this is by far the worst one. Will never be getting a Canon printer again.

Unpacked it turned on and got support code 6000 and haven’t been able to get it to work

horrible printer. keeps switching to rear feed. won't turn off and on automatically like Epson did. Asks to be updated everytime you turn it on.
