Excellent charger. Installed mine on a 60A circuit. Charges my EV superfast @ 9.3KWh. Note that you will loose 20% as you will need to set it at 48A max. Install was super easy. Although I bought the model with the Nema 14-50 adapter, I hardwired so I do not limit myself to a 50A circuit. You can customise when you can to charge and the voice control works great.

If any of you are wondering how this charger does with a big vehicle with 2 batteries and motors, its does great. You will need to ask your electrician to change the volts in your box from a 40 to a 60 amp and hard wire it to have the unit give it its max capacity (80 percent allowed) of 48 amps. It charges 27 miles an hour which is faster than most public chargers that arent fast dcs so you can easily charge your truck overnight to a full. Also, if you have a smaller vehicle, you should be fine with a regular plug in but you will only be pulling the 40 max amps. Ive included pictures of what it does in one hour. Please keep in mind this is peak electric time and it it more expensive to charge during the day than at night in some regions. Also, i have it inside my garage and the length of the wire is more than enough to pull it out and charge my truck outside

Easy to install and does everything as described. Well thought out design, and overall user experience front to back. They not only include installation hardware, but they practically make it foolproof. App was simple to activate. I was originally not sure about paying a premium for this charger, but I can now confidently say that you get what you pay for on this one, very impressed.

The product works great. I charge my car during off peak hours at home. The app is very user friendly. I can see the state of charge from the app. Highly recommend!

I did an extensive research before buying the home flex 14-50 plug in. You can always hardwire it as well if you want to. It uses the app and installing and running the App was painless. It does tell me how much kWh and price you use. Its nice overall and installation was pretty straightforward. Get it. Its worth it.

Excellent packaging and clear installation instructions made for a drama-free experience in getting the charger online well under an hour. Note that if using outdoors with a weather proof outlet box, check ChargePoint NEMA 14-50 plug orientation vs your outlet; if the ground pin of your outlet is at 12' o'clock vs 6' o'clock you may have issues fully closing the weather proof box cover when you connect the ChargePoint cable to the outlet.

After lots of time reading many reviews, I decided to choose the ChargePoint, and it has not disappointed me. Ease of install and excellent quality is exactly as it what described!! One of the greatest options of this charger is how the handle, once placed back into its cradle, swivels downward saving space. The cord is not as long at 23 feet, but it is what I needed, and the cord is much more flexible than other brands. The handle seems much more durable as well as it has a rubberized coating...

This is a great charger all around. It easily charges my Ioniq 5 overnight. The app works well, including the ability to schedule the charging times on weekdays/nights and weekends. I recommend the ChargePoint Home Flex.

Excellent charger. Easy to install. App works great and can show you how much your spending on charging monthly. Mines on a 60 amp breaker and charges at 50amp. So much faster than my 32amp oem chevy bolt charger.

Bought for my Chevy EUV Bolt. I bought it because my Electric had a rebate for this particular brand. After my contractor installation, we had a problem connecting to ChargePoint, but their customer service was excellent.

I chose this model because it was recommended by Mercedes for my EQS sedan. Installation was extremely simple for the unit itself. I had a licensed electrician come in to install the plug this unit plugs into. The cord is more than long enough. A good buy.

Excellent equipment. Electrician installed and works great! Long cord means I don’t have to back in to charge.

Looks good. Works well. I would have appreciated some physical buttons to stop or start charging instead of using the app, but happy for the most part. Also works with my utility who has a program to schedule charging at the cheapest time.

Good charger. Easy installation and the rated power output for plug in use is actually greater than the published number. I think I'm getting more than 30 miles per hour of charge with the 14-50 plug. Drawback is that the App for your phone only lets one person in the household control it. Should be updated to let multi users.
