    Been great so far. My previous thermostat did not allow to run just the fan and did not have the option to set both heat and AC temp. You had to manually switch them. Installed easily as well and I love having the app to control the temperature on my phone.

    I bought this because I live in texas and during the summer our light bill is crazy. With this I can set it to turn on and off to keep my usage low. It also helps me keep track of the filters by letting me know when to change them.

    Very good thermostat. Touch screen and controllable via app. It might be difficult to install for a novice DIYer. I recommend calling Emerson tech support when installing in order to get the system setup up properly after install. it's great to be able to control the system from anywhere and to set climate control schedules. Not as expensive as other brands with similar features. Better interface than more affordable thermostats. It needs internet for remote features but can work offline with the touch screen.

    Great device, easy to install, set up and use. Really wanted a programmable thermostat that worked via an app so I could control it from anywhere and this has a simple straightforward format. I don't need a degree in engineering to use it! Best part, my electric provider (Eversource) had a rebate program and I qualified for an instant rebate of $100 off for this item!

    Not easy to install. Remember to look at various videos on YouTube to help yourself out. Also, pay close attention to the wifi requirements that may require you to update your server

    This is the second Sensi thermostat we have owned. Customer service has been awesome. We are currently waiting for a replacement faceplate as the current one has a glitch in regulating the temperature.

    Good design but didnt fit my home - it requires a C-wire which I dont have. Please check your AC has C wire before purchasing it. I returned it an purchased a google nest instead which doesn't need C-wire.
