ISSUES NEW OUT OF BOX AFTER 2 HRS :/
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So I bought this keyboard no more than 7 hours ago. The first couple hours it worked great. I am new to pc gaming and was excited that I had a decent keyboard and didn’t have to shell out 250$. But after downloading iCUE (Corsair Software for RGB lights) whenever I load a game on my pc the key lights freeze up and don’t do the animation picked in iCUE. Thought that was odd I already had an issue so quickly. After playing a game for a couple hours I decided to google something and as I was typing I noticed the space bar is adding an extra 2-3 spaces even when it is barely tapped. Maybe I just got a defective one (which luckily i can return and try something else) because I know Corsair is a very respectable brand in PC gaming. After some research via Reddit, I found this is a newer release from Corsair and it has a whole new key switch system called Cherry VIOLA. Seems like it is rather untested and could have potential issues. Maybe I am just unlucky and got a lemon. Regardless, I am going to return it and try a different option! Not mad or upset with BB or Corsair, these things happen with products!

Disappointed
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought and returned this product twice, each time it had different issues. I am completely disappointed with this product. The first one I purchased, two keys completely stopped registering and the LEDs were dead within three months of purchase. I returned it and got a replacement. The second keyboard has dead LEDs within less than two months of purchase. When I tried removing and replacing the key caps with the proper tools, some keyswitches completely broke as they would not release the key caps. I have several Corsair products that I use and enjoy. This keyboard is not one of them.

Great product...until it malfunctions every time.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The keyboard itself is super ergonomic. I love the way the keys feel when I type, and although the keyboard uses cheaper switches, they're extremely fluid. I love the colors and vibrancy of the keyboard. That all being said, I am on the third warranty replacement now because the keyboard suffers from "key-chatter." What this means is that a single key press registers a plurality of key presses. The "space" bar appears to be one of the primary keys affected by this flaw--you can imagine how difficult it was to write this review (I am writing it with a broken "space" bar). For that reason, I recommend you save yourself the time, energy, and money and purchase a different keyboard. I cannot stress how inconvenient constantly getting replacements is. If you do not mind the hassle, that is your prerogative, however!

Key chatter
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My D key started to chatter after 2 months. Kinda mad about it because I was expected a higher quality from such a well known brand name.

Worst keyboard
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No photo is needed I will just describe my experience. I saw other reviews noting the loudness of the key, that I was okay with as I am used to a loud keyboard. However, what I am NOT okay with is that it becomes unusable way too soon (Worst keyboard I've got). Within a month of using this product, the space button started malfunctioning. One single press registered multiple times (2x, 3x). So one press = multiple presses and turns out this was very bad for coding, writing documents or pretty much every editing activity since space is such a common character. Talked to customer service for about a month now (they are slow) and finally they asked me to carefully package this defective keyboard and ship it back to them (I have to pay the return shipping). TL;DR I used to like Corsair but not anymore.

A Polished T*rd
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.N-Key rollover is crap, half of the time shift commands do not register Duplicating characters when releasing keys some times Faulty 10 Key - will randomly turn off the keypad, leaving the numlock light on the keyboard for you to discover its been turned off Colon-Semicolon key broke a week into using the keyboard - I program, this is the most commonly used key. KEYS DO NOT HAVE THE CHERRY FEEL All in all this is not a typical Cherry quality keyboard if that's what you're looking for. pass this one along for a different choice
