Customers appreciate the keyboard's quality, long battery life, and wireless convenience. Many find it easy to use and enjoy the compact size, although some miss the number pad and RGB lighting options. The response time is frequently praised, while a few users noted the weight and some minor issues with key feel. Overall, the positive feedback on functionality outweighs the negative comments on missing features.

I bought this to use for xbox one x chat and as a text input rather than using the controller to peck on the on-screen keyboard. Also works with my smart tv if I move the dongle to it. when not on my tv, I can use it for my computer as needed. Love the backlighting options, great feedback mechanical keys, and large enough to use without fat-fingering keys.

I've spent a total of one hour with this keyboard, only about five minutes was typing. The rest of the time was spent arguing with Corsair's iCue software. The keyboard didn't show up at first, so I had to reinstall the software a couple of times and go through some troubleshooting steps. Now the keyboard shows up but my Corsair mouse does not. That's a one star experience, thankfully the keyboard is better than that. To be clear, the keyboard and mouse always worked, but without the device showing up in iCue, there's no control over lighting effects, etc.
Other than that, the keyboard seems OK. This is my first mechanical keyboard and it's something I'm going to have to get used to. The keystroke is long, and I have to really concentrate when I'm typing. I think this is a full-sized keyboard (sans 10 key), but it feels like a smaller keyboard. Nevertheless, it's a good form factor and feels quality. My only other comment is that it's really heavy. It's 1.12kg, or 2.5 pounds. My Corsair K55 keyboard is about 1.7 pounds with the 10 key. A final note, the USB cable is pretty beefy, but Corsair used to package nice, braided cables so I was expecting that and was disappointed when they shipped just a regular old cable.

While playing games, I find the K63 to be very responsive, and a joy to use. I don't however feel that as a standalone (without the lap board) this is the best keyboard for use in a living-room environment. It is deceivingly heavy, and can be a bit cumbersome when passing from one person to another. Weight also being an issue if for some reason it hits the floor. I have only dropped it once from two feet, and landing cable side down destroyed the charging cable. Another issue I have with the K63 is the time it takes to recover from sleep mode. Don't expect a quick getaway if someone tries to PK you, and it the K63 has slipped off into sleep mode. This issue I hope will be fixed with a future firmware update. When it comes down to brass tacks the K63 is one of the best experiences wireless gaming has ever thrown my way. The Cherry MX switches are insane in their own right. While I mainly use the K63 for gaming, it is also excellent keyboard for someone that types extremely fast. If you're wondering why I gave the K63 4 stars instead of 3 or 5 it's because it may not be the most ideal wireless keyboard, but it definitely delivers on it's promise of the "ultimate gaming freedom".

When looking to upgrade to a wireless keyboard i was stoked to find that corsair made the k63 in wireless! Being a Corsair fan, this is pretty much the exact same wired keyboard I have, but wireless. The only missing feature is the RGB lighting. Would love to customize this more to give me a night white LED light.

I got this together with the lap board so I could do some pc gaming from the couch while I recover from an operation. Great range and battery life so far. No complaints which is what I expected from Corsair. Well built and feels solid. The hey commands are instant and it works great for gaming.

This is my first gaming keyboard and Its great. I usually play Starcraft 2 so in this regard is feeling great and I cant notice any lag. The only thing is that Starcraft 2 cant be launched sometimes because of iCUE keyboard software so i usually close it. When I transmit the broadcast to my TV I have a great experience. I also bought this one because If I travel this would be a relative PRO gaming keyboard.

So far I’m enjoying this keyboard a lot. You can use this keyboard either wired or wirelessly. It doesn’t have a number pad but that much is clear from the images. It has a nice tactile clickity-clack when you type, as you would expect from a mechanical keyboard but it’s not so loud that it’s distracting. Overall I would recommend this product.

I was going to give this 4 stars because the keyboard doesn't do RGB but I gave it 5 because the build quality is still very good and the keys are very easy to clean and the clicks are very satisfying and not too aggressive, very good for gaming, the only con this keyboard has is the charging port is a tad bit fragile, so be delicate with the charging port if you have to charge it.

Great keyboard for anyone wanting a smaller, bluetooth hookup. It only has one color, blue, but the CORSAIR software allows you to change lighting speed, type of lighting, etc. All around great keyboard.

I love this keyboard. Mechanical switches take a bit to get used to if you have never used them but after that going back to a rubber dome keyboard sucks. I needed wireless and this thing was an awesome choice. Battery lasts a good amount of time and it feels well made. Worth getting

KB feels great while typing. Wireless mechanical KB was the reason I purchased this. Did not like the thick and less pliable cables that comes on the wired version of the Corsair's laptop. Overall, happy. Would be even better if RGB.

I love this keyboard. The sound it makes when I type on it is so satisfying to me. I also love the different light patterns that are available while I type. The fact that it is wireless is even better for me so I can move it if I am not using it, creating more space on my desk.

I got this keyboard after returning a high-end wireless non-mechanical keyboard. I returned that one because I was so disappointed at how it felt like a laptop keyboard, which seems to be the "standard" that people accept nowadays. I longed for the key travel and physical feedback of my old electric typewriter. I started reading about mechanical keyboards and after some research bought the K63. All I can say is WHY on earth aren't all keyboards like this??? It's perfect. It feels so good that I am typing twice as fast with way fewer errors. And the beautiful blue lighting is SO much better than the dim lighting on most lighted keyboards. This review is really for folks who want to use the K63 for productivity rather than gaming. My advice: buy it, you will LOVE it!

Cherry MX Red. Wireless. Bluetooth. Wired if ya want. Small form. Battery life is great. No RGB other than a blue light, which you can modify, but RGB is not cool anyway. Excellent addition to the loft, the Armani suit, and the DeWalt cordless drill.

Purchased for teen gamer that wanted the ability to move around with the keyboard. The lights are bright and look good. Not set up like an average 10-key for numbers but that doesn't bother him. He loves the mobility, size, and reaction time.

I like this keyboard a lot, it has some neat animated/dynamic lighting effects but, I usually go with just the static dim lights. It looks very cool and has mechanical keys. I usually leave it plugged in but, it works wonderfully wirelessly too.

I was looking for a wireless keyboard for my setup, as I’m planning on going fully wireless. There are no delays/lag with the input and if you hardline it, it’s just like a normal keyboard. Nice and compact size also.

RGB (blue only) lightning great with decent battery time--However, not Number Key Pad (only only over letters) and not too heavy for a laptop (but its only a keyboard that feels like an old style heavy laptop on your lap)
Returning it now, so its like if you use a desk, but almost need two hands to take it from your lap to the table. But, you wont realize how much you use the number pad keys until you dont have them.
