Team did a great job transferring over my old computers data into my new computer so that I wouldn't lose the data. So everything is handy and available. Very friendly & helpful.

They did a great job in just a day or two and it was a few days before Christmas. I was in a hurry to get the laptop up and running due to putting out a monthly newsletter. They transferred everything, except my address book. I forgot to ask them to do that. They did a great job.

The Geek Squad agents educated me about putting my photos on a separate drive in order to make space on my laptop. Every person working there is was so patient, competent and kind. I will return when I need help to the agents at Geek Squad!

My computer crashed and would not start up. I went to the store and had the technicians transfer my files from the computer to a flash drive and it made all the difference.

They did a back up and transfer from my old laptop to my new laptop and it was excellent. I was told that it might take 5 days because my old laptop was running very slow but fortunately they manage to do everything in 2 days. I was so happy.

Geek squad did a great job getting all my wife's data and photos transferred to new computer from a very old and obsolete computer. We were very concerned about loss of data but all was transferred and Geek squad spent plenty of time explaining it to my wife. Very satisfied.

Local team determined not a HW problem but corruption in SW; backedup data before re-installing Windows 10 and Office 365, moved backup info to Computer with relatively little disruption to programs and data. And, they did it in time for me to take computer on a business trip!

I was about to just trash my computer, but with the help and guidance of the geek squad, I updated it and loaded windows 10. It runs great and everything I had was transferred to the new sdi drive. Highly recommend using their service.

I needed all the information from my old dead computer transferred to the new one. They said it could take up to 24 hours but they were going to closed the following day because it was Easter. It ended up taking a couple of hours and I had everything I needed!
