The tech was super!! He made me feel at ease. He transferred all my data from my blown up computer to an external passport. I therefore still had all my data, documents, even favorites. He was extremely helpful and understanding of my plight.

I had some specific requests and the Geek squad did a great job at paying attention to my needs. Took the computers in just before lunch and they were done by 3 pm. Picked my computer and had my questions answered by the tech person. It was quick and well done.

They treated me professionally and patiently. They backed up all the data (missing nothing) and re-installed it successfully. I was confident in their attempt to do so and they didn't let me down. And, I had my laptop back much sooner than expected. GREAT SERVICE!!

The Geek Squad has done it again. They cleaned up the old computer and got me ready with a new hard drive. We were told it would last quite a while longer so I didn't have to buy just yet - in the future, but not for this holiday season.

I had a new SSD installed in my laptop. The Geek Squad performed the hardware install for free but the data transfer was not included. The Geek Squad did an excellent job of transferring all my information and my laptop was back in a very short time frame

The work was done well, just not explained well as to what would be happening. I ended up with an extra 2 TB portable hard drive, but the programs although they were there, were not reloaded on my computer. The computer had to be reloaded with programs and to have the look and feel that had been there originally. When I picked up my computer the agent ignored my standing in line taking two customers who had arrived after I had and then I had to make sure he knew I was there. He did not explain the work that had been done and basically handed me my computer without me checking the work or what had been fixed.

My previously limping laptop is flying again! Definitely will use the Geek Squad again!

Cannot speak highly enough about the geek squad. They have always been very helpful. They made sure that everything that was important to me was transfered to my new computer and answered all my questions. A very professional group. Highly recommend these people

I had four old computers I was tired of looking at, so after some research I found out that Best Buy recycles. I wasn't sure what was on these various computers so I had them backup and transfer all of the hard drives onto one. Very simple and affordable.

This was so worth the money. Everything (pictures, emails, files, videos) were all transferred to my new lap top. I retired my old XP and converted to Windows 8.1. The Geek Squad helped me through anything I didn't understand and definitely made the switch a lot easier. They are great!

The Geek Squad transferred all my data to my new external hard drive and kept it organized exactly how I had it on my old laptop. And it only took them half the time they said it would!

Geek Squad told be that they could transfer my data from my laptop in 2-3 days it ended up taking them only 1 day. And when I needed to pick what drive to transfer to they offered my 2 drives a small and a big both were on discount.

Old tower froze and no way could restart. While much has been saved to a cloud not all had been accomplished. Geek Squad was able to retrieve all information off hard drive and set up the new tower. Made my life so much easier and grateful for the help!

My old laptop would not start up. I was afraid I had lost everything I had stored on it or maybe I could get it from my security. I'm sure that would not have been easy. The geek squad was able to retrieve all my data and transfer it to my new laptop.

Took my laptop in Saturday morning for a hard drive data transfer to a new hard drive, which I also bought from Best Buy. They were able to transfer all the data, check if the old hard drive was corrupted, and get it back to me the same day!

The Geek Squad were able to save the data on this failed drive even though it did not look promising. We retrieved valuable financial data that was essential to our business after both the backup and the internal drive had failed. Great job all around.

Thank you to the Geek squad who were able to wake up my dead laptop and transfer all of its contents to my new one. They were very patient as there was considerably more data on the old one and I had to get an external hard drive so they could complete the task
