My old computers graphics card just stopped working out of nowhere. I had to get all of my stuff transfered from one computer to another, & Best Buy did it quick & painlessly. I would recommend taking products here if you need to transfer data

The staff didn't get all of my information transferred on the first try, but then took the computer back and did get what they could from my old (dead) computer. I was happy for the convenience of having it done at Best Buy where I bought the new computer.

When my pc crashed I was so afraid that I had lost everything on my hard drive. I purchased a new pc and paid for the transfer. Thank goodness all my pics, photos and other pertinent information was transferred to the new pc. This service was well worth the cost.

Beat Buy salesperson was very helpful in picking out the right comjputer for my wants and needs. Transfered my records from old to new in just a day or so. My new Dell computer is sleek, large screen, takes up so much less room (small apartment) and easy to use. Very happy with it.

I had a computer crash and they were able to get it up and running again in just a few days. I had many company files on it that had not been backed up the day it crashed and they were able to get them for me before having to wipe the computer clean.

I brought my computer to BB and the agents were very helpful. They informed me of everything that needed to be done to repair my product. They were friendly and easy to understand. They did a superb job fixing the computer and backing up all my information without any hidden costs.

Geek Squad did a great job of transferring my files to my new computer. Everything I needed was on my new system. They even gave me the hard drive from the old computer just in case there was something that didn't get transferred.Everything was great !

I really appreciated the transfer service. My computer had died and I bought a new one. I was very concerned about losing some files and photos, but the Geek Squad associate did a fine job of getting all of my data safely tranferred.

The in-store agents did an excellent job of recovering and transferring all my data (including pictures) from my old laptop which had pretty much quit working at all. Can't thank them enough for what they did.

Service performed as requested on time. Waiting time to pick up was a bit long as there was only one person there. May be good to have a separate pick up area.

I walked into Best Buy without an appointment with the Geek Squad. Upon approaching the desk a person immediately asked what they could do for me. I explained my issue, presented my laptop and the agen immediately gave me a brief overview of the possible issue. The issue was resolved within 24 hours!!!

I was very impressed with the service that I received from the Geek Squad. They transferred data from one bad backup storage unit to another new one and explained what they did. I was able to recover all of my data. Thanks.

Of course, when the data is transferred not everything makes it (e.g. outlook contacts). I understand the popular software has this same issue. My email did not work with Windows 11 Outlook. Geek squad kept working online with my computer until the issue was resolved -2.5 hrs and 2 reps. I am happy. Geek Squad membership may not be the worlds best bargain but I am going to keep it up.

All data was transferred quickly and i have had no issues

We dropped our old and new computer off and the Geek Squad transferred things over and set up our new computer for us.

Very friendly and knowledgeable service to recover lost data on my mother’s computer. We were previously told only a fraction of the data could be recovered, the geek squad recovered all 16 GB off the computer in less than one day.
