My son's laptop quit working so for a fee we could have his data transferred to his new laptop. That was very important as he had a lot of research on the old laptop. It was quick and easy and nothing was lost in the transfer.

They quickly accomplished my backup with complete data restoral. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the fact that it took me awhile to determine where and how the files were stored on the HD.

The Geek Squad did a great job of transferring & backing up the data on my laptop. They also reviewed & explained everything they were doing. This was really helpful to me. Really happy with their service

I keep my old PC with the XP operating system because some of my older programs (apps) won't run on newer operating systems. When the computer locked up, The Geek Squad was able to recover most of my files.

New install on computer was completed ahead of schedule. It is running fine.

I have taken in several electronics to the Geek Squad and have never had a problem. In different stores and the staff is always up front and goes over the cost and what will be done and serviced. I always say, "We will have the Geek Squad take a look".

They were very nice in taking my backup device and computer and doing the backup ans refreshing of my computer. I consider myself somewhat computer literate, but wanted to mske sure that things were done correctly without losing the pictures.

These guys were amazing. We had a laptop that was in pieces (from a drop) and they were able to take all of our data and move it over to our new laptop. This was a lot of history school work so it was so important to get this data back. Thank you guys!!

GREAT PRODUCT AND SERVICE. BOTH SALES AND INSTALLER AGENTS WERE COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. GOOD PRICE FOR THE ASUS COMPUTER AND TRANSFER OF DATA FROM THE OLD COMPUTER INTO THE NEW ONE. NOTHING APPEARS TO BE MISSING ON THE NEW COMPUTER. THE TECHS WERE ALL GREAT EMPLOYEES.

In the past I have transferred data from an old computer to a new one myself. However, for the last two computers I have purchased, I have had the Geek Squad do the data transfer. It is worth the money to me, because it saves me the hassle.

Geek Squad repaired my HP laptop & it was necessary to re-install Win10 OS...had the to back up data before install. Have the optional repair plan- Geek Squad I trust for quality work!

Needed to get a new computer but wanted files transferred from old computer to the new one, Geek Squad did a great job! Showed up right on my new computer! Didn't have to pay a ton do have this either. Very fast service too! Highly recommend!

Best Buy's Geek Squad transferred all data and documents without a hitch; smooth even when transfering from PC to MAC. I would definately recommend them and will go back to them when I need such services in the future

Made an appointment and they went through with me what they could transfer to the flash drive and how much space it would take and the cost. Brought the computer in and they provided the service over night. They were very courteous and professional.
