I was ready to return the computer and he calmed me down by explaining why I needed to keep it, pointing out the benefits. He was very patient and answered many questions in laymans terms, not geek. He was very professional and I was so grateful for his help. I left feeling positive and have enjoyed the computer since.

My old computer crashed and they not only recovered my saved files but all of my pictures I thought were lost forever. The process was very quick and the techs were very knowledgeable and friendly. I was then able to recycle the old computer.

Got a free data transfer with my purchase. It was easy I just pretty much dropped off both computers and they kept them for a week. Everything was good and I'm happy they were able to access my files from my black error screen old laptop.

They quickly accomplished my backup with complete data restoral. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the fact that it took me awhile to determine where and how the files were stored on the HD.

The Geek Squad did a great job of transferring & backing up the data on my laptop. They also reviewed & explained everything they were doing. This was really helpful to me. Really happy with their service

If you are like me and have NO idea how to do the transferring of your info from one laptop to another yourself, than I WOULD TOTALLY DO THIS!!! They transferred everything perfectly which made my life very easy and all I can say is THANK YOU BEST BUY!!!!
