    Great product. Has wiggle room of 5 degrees versus 2 degrees that are on most units but the family doesn't seem to mind. It does help save money. Best part is it can be changed from your cell phone or tablet.

    Easy to install with great customer support from the Ecobee team. I've dealt with a lot of customer service reps over the years, Ecobee's customer service is above everyone, other companies should get the CS blue print from them.
