Nice thermostat with simple controls. Not as many features as other thermostats but very good.

The interface is clean and easy to follow. If you're someone who wants a "set it and forget it" solution, this is a great fit. Do your research first between this one and the essential version. I went with this one because my family uses the actual thermostat screen as opposed to the app, so I wanted a larger screen size. Install was about as easy as it could be and took about 30 minutes. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is that I'd like more control over certain settings like humidity control. For this seeing it's basically on or off.

We love these thermostats! We can control the temperature when we are not at home right from our phone. It works well regulating temperature especially when used with the sensors sold separately. Highly recommend this product.

Works great and great support for install. Had to call because I had an extra connection wire. Talked through and install done in less than an hour.

I love the ecobee brand and I think this unit gives you the best of both worlds. It does not look cheap and it does what it says and I dont need any more devices to talk to. So if you are on the fence, I would'nt hesitate picking up thid gem.

Works just as explained! One of the best investments I have made. Did a lot of research to find what suited me best and it all came down to this model everytime especially with the ease of the phone application and eco+ mode!

Had these installed for less than a month, so can’t speak to energy savings yet. I replaced my old “dumb”thermostats with these and really like being able to control from my phone and make schedules. No sense in heating or cooling when we are not home! I have this one, plus 2 Ecobee 3 lites. I would say purchasing the 3 lites plus the smart sensors are the best deal. But this one does have some nice to have features, such as occupancy detection for the room it’s installed in without a smart sensor and I’m sure many would love the instigation with Alexa.

Great product. Easy to use. Love that I can adjust the temp from my phone. Very convenient app to have. If we forget to set temp higher while out of town I can do it from my phone. I was able to get this at a discount by going to The Golden State Rebate online and getting a rebate coupon that automatically saved me $75.

This product links with our electrical company and helps keep costs down automatically. Being able to control the temperatures remotely is a huge upgrade. Appearance is a plus.

Ive had the google nest and it was glitching out and not working with my brand new home and would work on aux heat only. But this worked from the day I put it in and had no issues. it's been almost 2 years now. App is great and the uI is nice and easy and works with my homekit

I replaced our Honeywell pros with these. Setup was simple and went fairly quickly, the product itself is well made and looks great. I like the 5ghz wifi support which was the main reason for purchase. Works well with zoned AC. Only downside is i feel yhe sensors are a bit off especially on our top floor. App works as youd expect. What i dont think this support unless i just dont know how is circulating fans across the zones like the honeywell had.

Looks great on our wall! Easy to use and app is fairly easy to use. These newer thermostats have so many settings for efficiency I’m honestly still trying to figure all of those things out. But for now it has been working like a charm and happy with my purchase.

Easy installation and already having better air temperature control than with an older thermostat. Added 2 sensors in the house and it's really helped regulate each floor

I liked the Honeywell Smart thermostat we had previous to this better. Ecobee's touch screen on the device as well as the app is way more confusing but does seem to have more features. To be fair, I haven't actually used the Honeywell in 5 years so they may have added more features by now. When we bought this we got it for a pretty decent price. I think it's been fine. It alerted us when our AC was basically running constantly because the guys that serviced our unit didn't check the valve and we'd lost 50% of our freon. Expensive cooling month but it could have been worse if the app hadn't alerted me.
