The girls were great set everything up. Got it running up and running. It was fantastic. I could ask for much more they done a bed tastic job.

The installation is super easy and it provides great coverage throughout the house. I would rate it higher except that the first unit I purchased failed after three weeks. Fortunately it’s easy to get a replacement at Best Buy.

I have a 2 story townhouse & have horrible WiFi service upstairs. (I have spectrum with 400mbs/second). I purchased this about a week ago & unfortunately, it hasn’t helped much. If you’re gaming, this is definitely not the right choice for a medium/large or 2-story home. Every few minutes my ping spikes to about 150-200. I even strategically placed them around the house, but still about the same as before. If anything, it’s helped the signal become slightly stronger, but still not the speed & consistency I was looking for (especially for a $250 product). I will be returning this product & trying the eero pro, hoping the tri-band will have better success in my townhome. Time to spend more money!

I had extenders throughout the house and bought this to replace them. Should have done it sooner the eero system covers the whole house without any interruptions.

Have Optimum and this router has increased the signal in the house so that I don't have "blind" areas at all. Prior about 50% of the house was without adequate signal.

I am not very tech savvy anymore at 73. Alex just helped me get an in store appointment for my new computer which is what I needed. He was very courteous and helpful. I like using the Geek Squad because I can go there in person when I need help or call them and have help remotely.

The Geek Squad installed eeros into my home as I was having Wifi signal issues in parts of my home. This product resolved my problem and is preforming well.

So far they are working great. Our wi-fi is faster and I get it where I needed it.

I had Geek Squad put in the Eero6 system at my second location because I was having weak signals going to my Ring cameras.

Overall, I have been very satisfied with this product. It would be nice if the other Pods would have had the option of Ethernet port in their areas as well.

We were having issues with our WiFi connections. By adding the EERO 3 pack we are not having the same problems.

I selected this item to replace the router supplid by Spectrum TV as it would not boost the su=ignal to my bedroom and this one does. There has been a similar problem a couple of times, but not nearly as much as the Spectrum router.
