I’ll say a sentence and you can straight away hear the audio but my mouth moves seconds later. The quality though of the picture itself is nice. No complaints.

Is the camera compatible? Some cameras will still work but due to inherent features they would have issues such as the ones you're describing. Please contact us so we can look into this: help.elgato.com

I am now able to use my nice camcorder as a webcam for professional meetings or for live streaming. This product is excellent for my needs and was simple to set up.

Beware, do not run this off of a USB hub. Stick to direct USB connection to pc. Tried using a 4port hub with other things connected and the camlink cut in and out. assuming it was a power issue.
