It produces stuttered and choppy video until it freezes. On the positive side: At least it is consistently... terrible. I had to go back to using a CHEAP capture device knock off that I bought when nothing else was available. For 50 bucks and free shipping the cheap device just works. Stay away from the Elgato Cam Link!!!

Unfortunately I have not been able to utilize this item because I have yet to actually receive it. It’s been about month since it should have been delivered and I still don’t have it, but may update my review once I actually have a chance to use it.

Then You pay monthly for a subscription. I have yet to use it. It's such a waste of money. Partly my fault, I wish I had of had more guidance.

Elgato caught in 4k

Not sure if it's 4k tho? Honestly don't care, no one needs to see me in 4k anyway. I have a Sony A6000 and this pairs up easily with it. Don't forget your cord and dummy battery!
