I’ve had this printer for a month and haven’t been able to use it. I’ve tried everything I can think of to get it to connect to Wi-Fi and have had no success. This is the only device I’ve ever had a problem with connecting to Wi-Fi. So I really can’t give an accurate review until I’m able to actually use it. It seems to be of good quality.

It's an easy machine to set up and works beautifully.

Was a nice printer, setup wasn’t too hard. Worked great for 8 months with zero and I mean zero issues. Last printed on 1/6/25 with no issue, then 1/8/25 it stopped picking up WiFi. Gone through hours of troubleshooting and deleting printer off Mac & completely wiping everything. WiFi module must have went out. Pretty sad to get 8 months of minimal use.

Just ok. Setting up the tanks were easy, but wifi connection were tough and printing remotely uses extra paper. I think it is a software issue. Epson needs to step up its game.

This is a worthless piece of machinery once you get a paper jam. I followed all of the instructions to clear the jam…nothing is visible either…and it still says there is a jam. I spent over an hour going through and repeating the process….this is also the second Epson 2800 that has done this. The first I purchased refurbished…it did the same thing…so i thought it was a refurbishment issue. The second was purchased new from Beat Buy…I could not return it because it was 4 weeks post purchase not the allowed 14 days

These are great printers and incredibly economical. My ONLY problem with them is that the printheads seem to fail quickly. I have owned 5 ecotanks for my business and 3 printheads have failed. It's hard to justify after a shelf life of 2 years.
