had it for a year and they wont fix a hardware issue thats is there issue, scam

Enjoy using this printer. For the money it does a pretty good job

After 1 month no longer prints correctly. Colors are full and it hardly shows on the paper and streaks. Very disappointed, worked great the few weeks it did work.

This printer works fine when it is hardwired. However, due to my office setup I had to move the printer across the room and set up wireless printing. It now takes several minutes to print a small document and it getting to the point where it is very annoying and frustrating.

Worst purchase for a printer. I purchased this in May of this year and have used it a handful of times and now it will no longer print after the simpliest jobs creating a printing error.

Good printer, works well, now hopefully i will save on ink like it says. Easy setup.

I am having trouble connecting to the internet. Ink is ok. Expectations are high and used a quarter of ink in two days.

I purchased 2 of these printers- one for my office and one for home. Both are not functioning due to the exact same issue. The printer is not advancing the paper. Within a week - both ended up jammed with ink soaking from the refillable cartridges into the jammed paper. What a mess. Best Buy won’t take the printers at the store - they want the customer to set aside a 12 hour block from 7:00AM to 7:00 PM to wait for a call to meet the repair guy. Don’t bother with the tech coverage - and buy a different brand!!!!

I have installed several of this exact printer. This one proved to be quite difficult

not connected directly to the net so having trouble connecting to wife's phone via WiFi

Worst printer ever. I’ve had it not even 6 mos and have had issues for 5 mos. If I could give negative stars I would. Other reviews saying you have to run the head cleaner with most every print is accurate. Every shipping label it has to run through the cleaner or the bar code is messed up. I have printed 1600 pages and this printer should last a min of 10,000 and it says the waste ink pad needs to be replaced, and it will not print. Warranty, I have to send at my expense and wait ‘weeks’ with no printer to use. Total crap. Huge regret!!

Something wrong with printer it prints pages by itself

If I could give this printer a zero stars I would. Biggest piece of junk ever. It took 4 hours to install software on the Mac…because there were issues with the factory install and the directions included with the printer did not include multiple steps. I’ve never seen anything like this. Next issue. Print quality was not great. My 5 year old HP is at least 2x better at print quality. Print time: I printed 2 graphics. First was a small logo type graphic, took almost 2 minutes to print!!! Next print was a line drawing of wild flowers, some color and covered maybe 20% of the 8.5X11 page. It took FIVE MINUTES to print. In closing, I’m assuming this printer was defective. But the multiple issues plus the missing instructions on the included paperwork lead me to conclude I will not buy another Epson printer.

very good wireless printer saved me room in my bedromm and color is great!

Relatively easy to set up, but found ink is very pricey and it demands Epson brand paper, thicker I gather, more trees? More money! Keeps saying no paper in feed( i had cheaper brand), now I will pay double to keep this printer.

Don’t waste your money. Bought it in January 2025, it’s September 2025 and I have use the printer 4 times total. 3 times paper got jammed in it and the last time I could not get it out.
