    Easy set up for computer printing. A little loud even with quieter setting and doesn’t do back-to-back printing. Just in case you’re into saving paper.

    Decent printer but not worth the aggravation when try to connect smartphone or laptop to print.

    Have old computer a had trouble setting up. Keep trying to register but says serial number not correct. Works great!

    Overpriced for just a basic model of a printer, look for a better model or better printer

    Doesn’t double sided printing. My colors also come out dull. Hopefully this will change over time.

    I asked if this printer offers two sided copying and advised it did. Well, it does not so i will be returning

    I assumed that the others who described connectivity issues with this device just hadn't connected it properly. Boy, was I wrong. It disconnects from wifi if you shut it off, which forces you to go through the wifi set up process again and it wastes ink after you have to reconnect and test a page - all of which is frustrating and time consuming. But, now it just won't connect at all after owning it for three months. Even going through the set up process doesn't work any longer. This is an incredible waste of money - do not purchase this printer.

    Not worth the money

    This printer is ok, but not really worth the money. We bought this to use for my son's online schooling and so far it's barely done what it's supposed to. We've had to install 2 different programs to have it print and scan. Every time i have to scan the printer must be connected to the laptop. Last night i had to keep repeating the scan to get one page to go through. I've had it less than a month, definitely not impressed at all.

    Careful with the delivery option. When it was delivered the box had been opened, inks was all used and the printer was broken. Had to drive across town to return it. And, BB want let you edit a prior review. Just a hassle.

    Smudges corner when you print and the cancel button on the printer does nothing. i have wasted so much paper due to this.

    Not User-Friendly

    The tiny screen is impossible to see and is not user-friendly. It kept losing the pairing with my devices so I had to resort to a usb cord. It had constant firmware updates and wouldn't cancel a print in less than 3+ hours. I had to resort to uninstalling and reinstalling the printer at least once a month. I finally got a different printer and now only use it for copying.

    Bought this printer and it worked fine for a couple months. Didn’t realize that if i didn’t use it for a few weeks that the ink would dry and print with chunks. Tried to take it apart and fix it as well as use a cleaning solution but still not working. Just get something better.

    Nice printer but the print quality of the Canon Pixma 3200 series was a bit better.

    Didn't realize that, in 2024, a printer is designed and sold without double-sided printing ability. My bad for not checking for this prior to purchase. But then again...just a heads up.
