Epson is not at fault - it's Best Buy and their crappy return policy. I love Epson, bought this for separate printing - husband had already purchased a new one! So instead of reversing the charge Best Buy only offered an "in store credit". The return was in perfect condition. Of course I will make it a life mission to NEVER purchase a single item from Best Buy. I will not even park in their lot and will tell all my friends to stay away. Best Buy is awful.

Never really printed photos so went with the Epson for the refillable ink. Display is quite small and a pain to set up wifi password. Printing is a average quality, but jams.

Purchased to print photos for birthday party. Not impressed. The photo quality is not great. Lines through the images, colors seemed very off. Just not a very crisp/sharp photo print. If you're looking for a good photo printer, pass on this one.

Scanner broke, no idea how i never used it. The machine was about 4 months old. So since the scanner broke the rest of the machine wouldnt work l. Called thier Cs, and they wouldnt replace it! Machine was only 4 months old and clearly defective.

If I did not miss the return window this would be coming back to the store

I bought this end of November 2021 and by end of July 2022 the scanner is no longer working. I use the scanner maybe once a month or so and the light bulb and maybe more is malfunctioning. The printer portion is fine, no issues there.

Printed Lines Out of Box

I tried to troubleshoot, re-align the heads, change paper and image settings. Nothing worked. Printed out almost a dozen sheets and it was all a waste. Returned it so fast.

Epson Eco Tank ETV2800 Wireless Printer

WRONG THIS PRINTER IS THE WORST PRINTER I HAVE EVER USED. I'd be very happy to return it for a full refund / plus the refills & receive credits. I had to buy the extra refills from Staples. Totally Disappointed. I have Never had such a bad service / advice from a Salesperson. this guy was in a rush for whatever reason.
