Works great for color powerpoints. Inkjets are no where near quality of laser jets but it does its job. Started to have lines throughout - easily found maintenance tab, selected self clean, and it worked like new again. It came with all the ink and i still have plenty left. Definitely beats the garbage cheap HP ones I had purchased in the past!! Worth the investment.

This printer really has it all! First, lets talk about the ink capacity! The ink bottles hold a lot of liquid which translates into a lot of pages! And, compared to traditional ink cartridges, the ink bottles are much cheaper! The bottles included with the printer are listed to print approximately 3,600 black/white pages approximately 6,500 color pages! That is impressive! This printer has all the features you need in a multifunction printer! It scans, copies, prints and everything in between. The only frustrating part was getting it set up. It was mildly difficult to get it to connect to wifi and it took multiple attempts. You are supposed to be able to scan a QR code with the app available for download, but it wasn't that simple. After finally getting it to connect, I followed the instructions given on the printer screen/phone app. A firmware update was available so that took several minutes to complete. Once that was finished, I loaded the ink into the tanks on the printer. This step was easy and was performed without any mess! After updating it and installing the ink, I was ready to go! I tested the printer by printing out documents and pictures from my cell phone. It worked great! The print quality was great as well! My only complaint with this printer is the small screen. There are other models above this specific one, but I believe a larger screen should have been placed on this printer. It also will not do automatic double sided printing like the higher models, but that is not a deal breaker for me. I believe I will get a lot of good usage out of this printer and it will be quite awhile before I have to purchase more ink! All in all, this is a great printer!

This printer replaces my old brother all-in-one printer. So far, I have been happy with this guy. The quality of the prints is pretty good. The speed of printing is as fast as inkjet printer can get, I guess. Here are few more details based on my experience.
The initial setup is easy but it takes time as you need to fill all the ink bottles into the tank and then wait for the ink to charge. It took me approximately 20 minutes to carry out all the required steps. I used the control panel on the printer for the setup (instead of the mobile app). And the set up process was intuitive an simple. After that I installed the required software on my windows 10 desktop and the app on my android mobile. I was able to connect to the printer from both devices. I would recommend that you download latest drivers and software from the website.
I have used it to scan, print and copy regular documents and have found both black & white and color prints to be pretty good. I haven't tried printing photos yet. It allows printing on both sides which saves me some pages as well as helps the environment ;)
The one thing that I didn't like about this printer is the paper feeder. The paper feeder is in the back and the sheets are outside and hence visible all the time. In my old brother printer, the paper feeder tray was in the front and paper was not visible. In my opinion that was a more convenient setup.
Overall, it is a good printer which should server all needs of a home office. Other than the paper feeder design, it is easy to use and prints are of good quality.

I am very satisfied and joyed at the easy setup and efficient printing of this printer. Unpackaging of the printer is probably the most arduous task with all the blue protective transporting tape. Once all the package tape is removed, it is as simple as choosing a place to set up, plug in, connect, and following the simple instructions. Using the supertank tank ink refill cartridges was a breeze and mess free.
I connected wirelessly and was off and printing after loading the paper. The only thing that I did not like was the back loading tray for the paper. This normally wouldn't have been an issue but because I chose to set this up hidden away in a small cabinet, it was a little difficult to load the tray when needed. That is not all bad because the printer is so very compact that it can be placed out of sight out of mind in a computer style hutch. So unless I want to pull the printer out when reloading paper, this is all fine but a front lading tray would be perfect for where I set it up.
The printer does a fine job of printing and is sufficiently fast for my needs. The quality is very nice and the printer is not overly loud when printing. Having the ink level visibly on the front is nice to let you know how really efficient the super eco tank printers are. Flat bed scanners are very nice for quick copies of documents and scan to computer works nice with the Epson printer application.
Overall, a great entry level eco tank printer for any family at a decent price.

I am giving this Printer 4 stars because although I loved it for the time I had it and it worked great along with how long the ink lasted but my issue is that the printer randomly stopped working and never worked again. it wasn't out of ink or anything but just wouldn't print .

I thought it was great at first. But if you don't use this printer often, the printer quality goes way down and for me, only the black ink barely shows up. No other colors. And my inks are 3/4 full! I tried over and over to clean the heads or whatever they are called but still nothing. The cleaning is what got the black ink to finally barely show up. Before that, it wasn't showing up at all. I haven't been able to print anything of quality for over a year. I've had it for about 2 years. Also, I always have issues with getting my printer to work over wifi. I have very good internet and I even bought a wifi extender to help. I'm only in a 1600. Sq ft mobile home. The app will constantly say it can't find the printer, yet it will find 2 other printers on wifi that belongs to neighbors somewhere else in the mobile home park. I will even have my cellphone in front of the printer and it still won't find it. I have to keep fiddling with it and sometimes it will work but most times it won't. It's very frustrating. My other printers I've had never gave me any of these issues. One more thing, the little window where it shows what you need to do and where you set the settings, it's so tiny that I have to sit right in front of it, up close with a magnifyer in order to read it. Super tiny. Hard to read. I really wanted the eco tank printer to save on inks.

The Epson Ecotank ET-2800 all in one is a great printer. I tend to bounce back and forth between Epson and HP printers, trying to find the perfect combination of connectivity, print quality and economy. This year I think I have found a printer that meets all of the above criteria. The quality of prints from this printer are as good as any home printer I have used. Speed is more than acceptable and connectivity is great using the free Epson Smart Panel App. I have been able to print from all of my devices. Setup was easy and this all in one device does not have a huge footprint. Of course the biggest selling point is the use of a refillable ink tank as opposed to replaceable cartridges. Epson claims that you can save up to 90% on the cost of ink by using this method. I have not had to buy replacement ink, and if Epsons claim of up to 4500 pages of black prints and 7500 pages of color prints on a full tank are true, it will be a while before I have to find out. Regardless, just knowing that I can use the printer over an extended period of time without having to buy small cartridges is very welcome. I also like the fact that you can see ink levels on the front of the printer. This printer seems to meet all of my needs.

Good value and doesn't take up much room. I purchased the ink printer to save money rather than toner cartridges. It is a little loud when printing. Overall a solid choice for home use.

Well, I bought the new Epson Ecotank ET-2800 for $199 (same price everywhere). So far, it works well at good speeds, black/color, and the (4) ink tanks have amazing capacity:
How long does Epson 522 last?
The ET-2800 printer uses Epson 522 dye-based ink bottles. The black ink bottle prints up 4,500 pages and each color ink bottle prints up to 7,000 pages.
Having said that, it doesn't have a multi-feed tray (which I used only occasionally on the previous printer), nor does it do double-sided printing "automatically". However, it's easy to stick the paper back in for the 2nd side.
So, a few compromises ... but it is smaller and is working well printing from all my devices including my iPhone. It's easy to refill the tanks with virtually no-spill effort, and you can see the ink remaining in 4 sight-glasses on the front.
Some minor confusion during setup due to the printer and smartphone trying to do the same thing simultaneously. Be sure to pick one or the other.
I also bought a 2-year warranty. It covers everything including replacement of the printer if it can't be made to work properly.

game-changer, significantly lowering ink costs and reducing the need for frequent refills. Print quality is solid for both documents and photos, and it handles everyday tasks like scanning and copying with ease. The wireless setup is simple, and the printer connects seamlessly to multiple devices. If you're looking for an affordable and efficient printer, the ET-2800 is a fantastic choice!

When it comes to quality affordable printers, Epson always delivers, Their newest printer the Epson EcoTank 2800 Wireless All-in-One Printer is no exception.
The biggest draft with this printer is that it doesn’t use any cartridges, Epson makes it clear that they are helping the environment by producing less waste. The printer comes with ink inside bottles of different colors, you just pour that ink into the appropriate chamber on the printer and that’s it.
set up is pretty straightforward, you download the app and you follow the instructions, The printer itself prints out high quality pages at a decent speed, perfect to use at home or small office.
According to Epson, there’s enough ink in here to last you two years. It prints out five pages in color per minute, and 10 pages per minute in black-and-white. All this at an affordable price for what you get.

I'm just starting out with this printer, and will finish the review later. I have a big beef, right away.
One reason driving my decision to buy this printer was the BestBuy product comparison lists the network connection as "Wired, Wireless".
Wrong!
The owners manual cagily says, "You can set up your product to communicate with your computer using a wireless router or access point. The wireless router or access point can be connected to your computer over a wireless or wired network." Not quite the same thing as having a wired network option. Is it?

Love, Love, Love It! I am a kindergarten teacher and that is synonymous with copies-lots of copies. I've had my Epson 2760 for over a year. I replaced my black ink after a year and 3 months and still have not replaced the color.
I wish I could count how many copies, but I know it's lots. This was the best gift I've received as a teacher. I make more master than quantity prints because I do that at school, but still, it is a lifesaver. I'm about to get the 2800 for my classroom-for those few prints or oops! I forgot to print a few extras. As I read somewhere, pay for the printer-not the ink. (:
