I’m very disappointed in this printer. I have only had it a year and can no longer get it to print. ‘Paper size don’t match’ error comes up each time. I went to YouTube and this seems to be a common problem. I went through the suggested settings change to by pass the paper size. But then it says no paper loaded. It worked on for a while, but still had a lot of other errors from the start. I was able to trouble shoot through those and print. Unfortunately nothing is helping the paper issue. Just out of a printer now.

Easy to use. The ink is much easier to use. The screen is smaller then you’d expect, but not impossible to read.

I love that it doesnt use cartridges so you can just refill whichever one is low. I also like that it is wireless and prints at a faster pace and you can set it to quiet mode. works great

My wife runs a small business making scented candles. The lables for the product are graphics heavy, and this thing does an amazing job! The colors are so vibrant. Easy to load in the ink, get it connected wirelessly to her computer, etc. The savings on ink will pay for itself.

Bought this printer in Dec. but got it installed on Jan. 23, 2024, had too many other things going on. Install was quick and easy, took about 20-25 minutes for the printer to go through all the processes. Final printout was right on, no problems. Like the idea of no more small cartridges to buy, this "ECO tank" is the way to go, it's my second printer with this feature, had the other one for 4 years with no problems, just wanted to update.

This is a great product and price. The best thing about this is all the ink comes with it and it should last a year or more. The individual bottles of inc are around $14 and you can just pick what color you want.

Setup was easy. I was really impressed with the ecotanks for the volume of ink they contained. They have slot coded the tanks so you cannot accidentally put the wrong tank in the wrong slot, I was a little concerned at this first. Software was pretty straightforward and not like all the hoops and signups that HP puts you through.

The first one I got had an issue. I had to return it or pull my hair out with the scanner error. But exchange was easy to do and fast. Staff was very helpful and didn't hesitate to help with the issue. I am more than pleased with this printed. It is a fast printer. I have printed about 100 documents plus puctures. I have barely used any ink. It is pretty slim, light weight and easy to set up. I would buy it again and again.

Massive amount of ink campared to normal cartridge. Did a ton of printing on heat transfer paper...everything came out great. Photos were a little dark when choosing photo paper...so had to do some test runs and make adjustments Big fan of epson printers

Replaced an ET-2550 EcoTank that quite frankly wore out. Out of the box, fill the tanks and setup for wireless connection in less than 15 minutes! Set up EpsonSmartPanel and can now print from my whole families iPhones, iPads, and laptops remotely. First job was a 24-page scan of a syllabus that scanned as one document (always required at least three separate scans on the ET-2550). True colors and very definite bold blacks that give presentation quality first time. Also has a smaller "footprint" that allows me to have the printer within arm's reach in my computer desk/hutch. Great job Epson!!

purchased to use in home office, the printer configured easily from my computer, loaded the ink into the inkwells, and begin printing, has worked well since that time. I feel this is a great little printer for the money. I already had an Epson EcoTank 15000 that has served me very well for over a year now. great printers, easy to use, the ink tanks are wonderful to deal with and no messy cartridges

Prints quality labels and other documents for my business while using very little ink. The ink is easy to refill and much less expensive than cartridges. It also scans well.

I Like It that’s easy to work with. And there’s not expensive.

I bought this printer a few months ago at my local best buy and the purchase was amazing. The workers were working well and I found the product easily. Everything about the printer is to my liking as it prints fast and doesn't need much ink. The only issues it has is sometimes the images come out in one singular color. For example if I asked the printer to print out a photo of a stop sign the whole image could come out yellow. Besides that I personally love the printer.

The epson printer was very easy to set up and I love it so far!

It’s a good printer does what it needs to do. I had a canon before, and I do feel like the printing quality was a lot better on my canon. The colors seem to be faded when it comes out even when the ink is brand new. It’s not as bright and vibrant as my Canon was but over all it’s fine.
