Great printer for the price. This is the first supertank printer I have owned, and I must say, it's a big improvement over the bulky and wasteful cartridge style. Set-up was pretty straight forward - easy to fill and wireless function works flawlessly. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a solid home printer without all the bells and whistles of the much more expensive units. Overall, a solid all in one printer that makes great copies and doesn't break the bank!

Love this printer. Easy to set up and even easier to use. This is not for business strictly home use. I crochet and seems you now have to download patterns and print noone mails anymore. So the color is great the ink is very resonable. I was able to get on sale. Very happy with this printer great purchase

I has my old printer, when it developed issues that we couldn't fix, I was very upset! I'd helped two friends set up two different brands of printers and was appalled at the horrible quality! Both were cheap and flimsy and wiggled around while printing and both had wifi connectivity issues! I actually masked up and gloved up and went INTO a Staples Store so I could feel and poke at all brands. Luckily this updated version of Epson feels solid and strong. And the paper feeds from a drawer in the bottom - like we wanted - because so many have the paper standing upright to feed into the back. It connected right up to our network and went to work! It prints amazingly Fast, even when producing awesome quality photo prints! Highly recommend!

Great product! Just what I needed! Very easy setup.

Love the improvements on this ET-2800 - much more quiet, seems to use much less ink.The larger touch screen has clear directions, much easier to read than on the ET-27XX series. The screen is on a panel that can be rotated to whatever angle you need it to be for easier viewing. Both B&W and color print much faster than my previous printer. I was really exited when I saw my first color print on Epson Ultra Premium Color Print Glossy paper. WOW, great color and finish - like a professional photo! So far no complaints! And It was easier to set up than almost any printer I have ever had.

It works really well and the ink lasts forever! I love the tank idea! This is my first time to use one. So, it really took me by surprise! 10/10 recommend!

This is our second Epson Eco Tank printer. It was easy to set up and the ink installation was great. A great product.

This printer is a great option for those who are looking to not spend exorbitant amounts on ink. I was searching for a laser printer but the options were more than my budget and then I came across this great gadget. So far I have had it for 3 weeks and it works great (color quality is good, print times are fairly fast if it’s a simple document) minus a few paper jams due to user error. Overall, I would recommend this printer for students, home workers, or anyone who looking for an affordable printer.

This printer lives up to the hype. I had a cannon printer before and i constantly had issues. The Epson printer works perfectly.

I hsve had 3 other Eco Tanks..the first was the best. The second ..not so good...it was a more expendive unit which fied abput 4 months out...got a replacement..which was a refurbished unit.it died about a year later. I went without a printer for a year..then needed one to scan documents..so bougjt this one... So far so good. I hope their product reliability has improved. If not...this is the last buy.

Great printer, easy to set up and use. The quality of prints (normal work documents) was good. I did have an issue with an error on the printer. I opened a case with Epson and they sent me out a replacement printer. It wasn't the most streamlined process, but I was pleased with the outcome. Since then, the printer has been flawlessly printing.

Easy to use and works great so far. Imk seems to last longer then cartridges. I have only had it a couple of months and you can't tell that I have used any ink.

We have printed a ton a pictures of all sizes as well as many other things. Great quality and still working on original ink!

This is an awesome little machine. It arrived on time and was a great deal at the time.

Since I purchased this printer, I was NOT able to view the ink level through the front window on the printer under ET-2800. I called customer service and it was of NO help. I attempted to re-fill the ink but the colors do not reflect on the paper when printed. Calling Epson customer service is just a waste of time. I should had purchased a Canon printer. First time buying an Epson printer. Also you cannot load more than 25 pages at a time on this printer. Otherwise when the paper goes through the feeder, the edges tend to fold with a stack of 25 or more paper. I only load about up to 15 pages at a time to prevent folding of the edges. The question still remains unanswered on why the ink level does NOT show in the window. No one at Epson can answer that. Maybe the window is just for "Show" and has no function.
