I really like the design and how easy it is to set up and fill the tanks. I bought it for work and so far it has been a great purchase. The best thing is it comes with the ink you need and it is quite a lot.

I purchased another Epson printer and for some reason it did not work properly. I returned that printer with no problem and purchased the Epson ET-2800 which I am quite happy with

Happy with this purchase. Wireless set up was seamless, thanks to video on my phone. Print quality good so far (have mostly used black & white.)
I’m also happy that Best Buy has an active recycling program.

We have never really had a need for a printer. We’ve had them in the past and they sit for so long that the ink goes dry. But unfortunately, a death in the family required us to have a printer because one of us was the executor of the wheel and we had to print so many documents, this is an excellent printer for the money. You cannot go wrong.

This is an awesome printer and work better then any other printer I have ever had. Wireless printing is very good and has very good range. Can print form all the way across the house. Supper easy to fill the ink tanks without getting ink all over and much better then buying ink cartage's the are expensive. Ink levels are very visible and can be see at a glance plus the software reminds you to check the ink also. Wish I had bought this printer sooner. Duplex printing is great and can be turned on or off as needed. Led screen is a little small for me and hard to see but does everything it need to do. If I ever need to replace it I will definitely buy another Epson. You can't go wrong with this printer.

Good deal works well easy set up the hardest part is getting it to stay connected to the Wi-Fi but I think that's a me issue.

Not in love with it

I've owned this printer for almost 2 years. While I love the less expensive ink, this thing has a mind of it's own. It 2-sided prints weirdly, it will stop printing for several seconds to minutes in the middle of print job, and then resume when it feels like it, and even in fast print, printing 15 copies of a 5 page packet takes more than an hour to complete. Epson's only solution is uninstall the software and reinstall. But nothing ever changes. It's both functional and dysfunctional at the same time.

Bottom line, I'm happy with the purchase. Print speed is good, color is fine (some say it's not accurate; I have not tried, and likely won't try, anything where it's critical). One slight downside is that it's fairly noisy, but we have no napping babies here, so I'm not worried. Wireless setup for two different computers took more time than I'd like, but I have no other experience for comparison. And it's way too soon to say how long the ink supply holds up.

If you have a young kid you’ll appreciate the fact that their tendency to push print 800 times when they don’t get an immediate printer result will not require you making a mad dash to the store late at night when the old school scrawny ink cartridge runs out in the middle of a school project. Of course the project is due the next day because they procrastinated. Not that this ever happens…
This is my second Eco-Tank. After 4 years it still had ink but took an unfortunate fall down the stairs when being moved. If intact I’m sure that little booger would still be churning out pages to this very day without a refill.

I’m experienced at setting up printers, but this Epson was a breeze, it has also worked flawlessly so far, but it should. Epson doesn’t throw the curve balls at you like Hp does with the software, but tank printers need to be used most every day.
