Reliable and easy to maintain. None of the software issues that I had with my other brand of printer

Wow it arrived way early and I really appreciate that - Very easy to set-up and little bit nosier then my last printer which was another brand but I really like this one better - Like that the ink cartridge is on the face and lets you know what ink is low. Super each to scan - all the buttons on the face are easy to use - I have done a lot of printing since I got it so I had to replace the black cartridge it was so easy a lot easier then my orevious printer - I am very happy with my Epson print and would recommend it to my family and friends. Thanks

Haven't purchased an ink yet printer in 13 yrs and this unit is fast efficient, ink costs are lower with the tank model, scanning easy my, set up fast and customer friendly Bd great print quality and very cost effective choice

Bought this over a week ago after considering many other printers. Compact and powerful. The best thing is, I never had to bother about replacing ink. After a decent volume of printing in past one year, I still have 80% ink left which will run another couple of years. Print quality and scan quality are very good. I might have saved about over 200 dollars already by investing in this instead of regular cartridge-based ones which tend to dry out in 3-4 months. Though the initial price seems to be on the higher side, it will definitely not disappoint.

I love this printer. I changed out the ink for sublimation ink. It works wonderfully.

I really like this printer with the supertank ink cartridges. It will last a very long time, before adding more ink. The one think I don't like is that it does not a large flat area to hold the paper feed. I wish it did. You have to add paper about every 20 pages. Not ideal for office use, if u can't watch it.

I got the Epson ET-2800 a week ago to replace an ancient Kodak printer. I was happy to find a reasonably priced printer that used ink refills to save money. I had some trouble downloading the software which was unable to be resolved online but real time customer service did the trick. So far I'm extremely pleased. Prints quickly and clearly - mostly I use it to print shipping labels for my business - and I love that I can also print from my phone. Scans and copies well. The screen is tiny, but I'd highly recommend this printer.

I like the weight of it. It's easy to move. It was easy to put together. It was a little difficult to connect to the Wi-Fi as I couldn't remember my password. But I finally figured it out. It prints really well from my computer but I'm having a difficult time figuring out how to make copies. It keeps going to scan and I'm not sure that's correct. I have to figure it out. Love the ink.

Works for me. Prints well. Long lasting ink. Installation was easy except for filling out the registration.

The printer works wonderfully. the ink was very easy to load. My only complaint would be the directions were very complicated.

Great printer! Love the fact of no one cartridges. Only feature I miss from having on previous printer is automatic dual side printing. Comes in handy.

Setup was pretty easy (on Mac and iOS). Prints quickly and decent photos. Surprisingly does NOT print double sided!

This printer is great for my home office needs. The print quality is superb, and it makes great copies. I also appreciate being able to print from my mobile device! The wireless connection has been a little wonky a couple of times, but I do not think that's the printer. Rather it could be some other glitch. The printer is perfect for what I intended and fulfills the need.

It works well but apparently EPSON printers do not like WiFi networks with any dots or dashes in the name. It was a huge pain to change the name of my network to get the wireless printer to connect. Also I have yet to be make an older Think Pad print wirelessly with this printer. So far it’s not been a great experience.

Haven't had printer long but so far I LOVE it. Connects to phone seamlessly and prints beautifully. So happy to be done with cartridges!

Sales person was very helpful. I thought the eco tank would be messy but he changed my mind. It was not.
