Continued Phantom Jam

I followed all of the instructions to clear the jam…nothing is visible either…and it still says there is a jam. I spent over an hour going through and repeating the process….this is also the second Epson 2800 that has done this. The first I purchased refurbished…it did the same thing…so i thought it was a refurbishment issue. The second was purchased new from Beat Buy…I could not return it because it was 4 weeks post purchase not the allowed 14 days

Great Printers But....

My ONLY problem with them is that the printheads seem to fail quickly. I have owned 5 ecotanks for my business and 3 printheads have failed. It's hard to justify after a shelf life of 2 years.
