The display screen is not user friendly, and there is no way to learn the functions of the symbols and arrows without experimenting and wasting paper. The paper tray is in the back and does not lay flat, occasionally causing paper jams.

The store and they don't let me, because the warranty is with the manufacturer and now i need to fint our how long it takes So before you get it ask about warranty how it works

We used it about once a week, and the issue happened right after moving the printer from one room to another—no major damage or anything unusual. Very disappointing! Please be aware that Epson does not sell replacement printheads for this model, and repairing it costs nearly as much as buying a new printer. I’m switching to Canon or HP after this experience. Unfortunate and frustrating.
