Print quality not awesome but ok. Only scans one page at a time. Manual double sided printing. I didn't realize the short return period, otherwise I would return.

Although this printer has the right price, I found it difficult to navigate. The display screen is not user friendly, and there is no way to learn the functions of the symbols and arrows without experimenting and wasting paper. The paper tray is in the back and does not lay flat, occasionally causing paper jams.

But the problem with my printer is after almost a month it just turned off and doesn't work anymore, i try to exchange i. The store and they don't let me, because the warranty is with the manufacturer and now i need to fint our how long it takes

It quit printing almost immediately. It worked for 2 weeks then registered a paper jam and wont clear the jam in the computer even though all the paper was removed.

The printhead stopped working a little over a year after purchase. We used it about once a week, and the issue happened right after moving the printer from one room to another—no major damage or anything unusual. Very disappointing! Please be aware that Epson does not sell replacement printheads for this model, and repairing it costs nearly as much as buying a new printer. I’m switching to Canon or HP after this experience. Unfortunate and frustrating.
