I just wanted to plug it in and print but that's not the case. after about 2 hours I was finally able to print something but only after I had to go back to your store and buy a physical cable because the wireless connection was erroring out. What a piece of crap that I blew almost $200 dollars on. It is a complete disappointment and you shouldn't be selling it or drastically drop the price,

Stoped working 8 months in and i barly use it not good

Good printer but terrible connection. Constantly having to turn printer off and on for it to stay connected.

Not what I expected. I wanted a printer that would help with printing a newsletter. This printer doesn't have a paper storage tray, it's a back feed. SO I have to reload it a lot. It doesn't automatically print on 2 sides; you have to manually flip them. But it does print slightly faster than the printer I had. I am hoping that the ink usage will be better.

Printer works great. The ink seems to go faster than I was expecting.

After 1 month no longer prints correctly. Colors are full and it hardly shows on the paper and streaks. Very disappointed, worked great the few weeks it did work.

Nice printer. How to put in the ink is a bit different, but easy to figure out. Prints well. Highly recommend!

I am beyond frustrated with this printer. I purchased this to use in my classroom and specifically looked for a printer that would print 2-sided. The specs say 'Automatic 2-sided Printing' but I cannot get mine to print back to back. After googling, it looks like you have to reload the paper manually to print on the back....which to me is NOT 2-sided printing. I am a teacher and print 50 + copies at a time, I do not have time to reinsert each page individually. I am so disappointed.

More plastic than prev, or that's how it seems. Prints slower. First unit was defective. Second unit auto installed incorrectly, but was able to fix that with a delete and reinstall.

It prints fast & well but the bottom right of every page has a blotch of black ink. Not sure if that’s normal if it i should it back.

Nice printer holds good amount of ink. Dont like how it will not print from time to time had to reinstall the printer to my computer not sure if it fix the problem.

After having a $60 canon printer for almost 12 years it finally gave out. I figured it was time to upgrade to a cartridge free printer and bought the eco tank with high hopes. Turn out it does not do double sided printing! For a $200+ printer I expected at least that much. The amount of paper it feeds is so little that I have to constantly refill it, and I’ve had a couple of paper jams as well. Lastly, the WiFi connection tends to drop and I have to reconnect it every so often. I would not recommend it and will be looking into other options.

constantly malfunctions,have had to re set up twice in 3 weeks. Keeps telling me serial # is wrong and can't register product eventhough I get messages with that same serial # have had several eco tank printers from Best Buy.Lots of problems

I thought this printer was the best until after a week or two the ink nozzles dried up, had to pay Best buy geeks to come out and fix, about two weeks later it did it again, returned to store for my Brother printer

Like printer but didn't realize it doesnt print double sided.
