I purchased this to use in my classroom and specifically looked for a printer that would print 2-sided. The specs say 'Automatic 2-sided Printing' but I cannot get mine to print back to back. After googling, it looks like you have to reload the paper manually to print on the back....which to me is NOT 2-sided printing. I am a teacher and print 50 + copies at a time, I do not have time to reinsert each page individually. I am so disappointed.

First unit was defective. Second unit auto installed incorrectly, but was able to fix that with a delete and reinstall.

Not impressed- no double sided printing

I figured it was time to upgrade to a cartridge free printer and bought the eco tank with high hopes. Turn out it does not do double sided printing! For a $200+ printer I expected at least that much. The amount of paper it feeds is so little that I have to constantly refill it, and I’ve had a couple of paper jams as well. Lastly, the WiFi connection tends to drop and I have to reconnect it every so often. I would not recommend it and will be looking into other options.

Bought it in January 2025, it’s September 2025 and I have use the printer 4 times total. 3 times paper got jammed in it and the last time I could not get it out.

We bought this printer bc of the ink lasting awhile but the printer is super cheap and the display is so small it is hard to read and doesn’t print some of the time when it is connected. I have a printer that is 5 + years old that is easier to use and has a better display

I’m really disappointed It’s overrated for sure. The print quality isn’t that great. The inkwells with bottles is really nice though. Networking with this thing is a nightmare. It’s never available. I have to go into the app and mess around with it for it to become available. We AirPrint everything because that’s what we did on our old HP and canon. AirPrinting is miserable with this too. My daughters almost end up in tears every time they have to print school stuff. So I’m looking to find a new one. Won’t be Epson. I know that.

However, due to my office setup I had to move the printer across the room and set up wireless printing. It now takes several minutes to print a small document and it getting to the point where it is very annoying and frustrating.
