When I first started using it, it worked fine, but then suddenly decided to say that the picture about the print will not come out right and the printer did not lie. There was an update, so I put the update in and everything works right for a few pictures and then it went right back to seeing the same thing and the pictures just came out all off-center.

I’ve done all the troubleshooting in the manual and it still does not work. I am sick if buying new printers every 2 years because they are made so poorly.

I thought it would be heavy since it uses the liquid ink bottles. The quality of printing is also good, but i do wish it would print faster. I would recommend this printer to people

They never got back to me. The printer is still not accepting print jobs from my printer but i am putting off having to go through that same process all over again. This review is more about Epson than the printer itself.

It is difficult to use and doesn’t come with any kind of support information. It doesn’t do what I need. I was advised not to purchase an HP which is what I had intended and I’m sorry every time I have to use this epson.

Will be returning and purchasing elsewhere or directly from Epson. Employees at store are not very knowledgeable, unfortunately. The customer should not have to pay extra for “geek squad” service, just to have a good customer service experience.

Avoid this Printer. Keeps Disconnecting from WiFi

You have restart multiple times to keep reconnecting to the Network. Also now Prints with Red Tint on all my Photos. Worked fine for 10 Photo Prints now everything prints with red tint. Would not recommend at this all all
