Printing quality adequate but it is single sided printed. Defies the purpose of eco printing.

Used it one time, and I can’t get it to print at all. I’ve tried and it just keeps printing blank pages. The support link for how to clean the nozzles is no good either. Additionally, the black ink is already 1/4 gone after printing 8 pages of coloring sheets. So frustrated!

I absolutely hate this printer. I wish I never bought it. It's way too expensive for what it offers. I didn't realize how fast it burns through ink until it was past the return date. It clams to be more environmental but it can't even print double sided and since it burns through ink super fast I'm having to buy in more often. This is truly a green washed printer. Don't get me started on how difficult it is to configure. The app is atrocious

It is very hard to get the printer to connect to wify. Wished i could send it back but in order to try and set it up you first have to load the ink into the printer.

I buy from best buy because of my previous experiences which all have been good. HOWEVER, this printer started great but went to garbage in 30 days! I’m not happy!

This is a great idea but has a 1" yes, I said it one inch wide view screen for you to enter your connection information. It is insane. and you have to download drivers for your laptop if you don't have a CD drive!!! hello who has one anymore.

Instantly had scanner issue, which it will not perform any other functions.

Setup was easy but as soon as I started to use the machine it gave a E-02 error. This error means loose wires to scanner - given it just came out of the box I started looking up information. Apparently, this is a normal thing for epson. I returned the printer and will find another option.

Great printer for the price! Can print from your phone app anywhere you want. Received lots of ink that should last for quite some time

I replaced my old Epson with a new one. The old one was 12 years old and finally gave out. So far I am very happy with the new Epson.

This is a great printer and I would recommend it to anyone I have had no issues or problems are if I did I could just look it up on

Wife loves this printer. She only uses it for sublimation printing. With sublimation ink.

Epson acknowledged issues with newer Apple MacBook and 4G internet. Inconsistant messages (from Epson "Help") to fix issues with Apple and/or 4G internet issues. Never could make it work. Returned it. Best Buy was WAY more helpful and accomadating than expected.

This is the best printer I think I’ve ever owned. No worry about ink cartridges and running low on ink. The prints are awesome.

Never would I purchase again it just all the sudden n quit working!

We could not install this printer. Scanner did not work. Best Buy said “too bad”!!! Called sm expert who said the first step on installing was not possible. Very frustrating we are looking into shipping back to EPSON. Sad user.

Having the extra ink is nice, but the printer couldn't find my wi-fi, unlike all my other like devices, and it didn't come with a cable to hook it up to my computer. Also, the print quality is horrible. Maybe the more expensive Epsom EcoTank printers are of better quality, but I'm going to give mine away.

Does not stay connected to computer. Most times when I try to print I have to go to check connection and fix it.

My printer failed in less than a week. Not sure why it printed half page, stopped and restarted the same job. So I have many half printed pages. And then the paper got jammed one time and the ink soaked half of the jammed paper. I need to take it to return it. I hope you get better luck than me.
