Not worth the money

At one point, I spent an hour on the phone with tech support as they weren't sure what the issue was. Terrible print quality. I ended up giving it away and getting a Canon.

I've tried reseting the whole system and nothing seems to work. also i keep getting messages about low ink but the ink is full

It has now non-working, due to a nonexistent paper jam.

Couldn’t use with my HP laptop

I needed to install the soft wear with a cd and my laptop doesn’t have one. Best Buy wanted to charge me to help download the softwear, even though I had just purchased it that day.

Not for stickers

On top of that to set it up and connect to my computer was difficult. I would not recommend for stickers but to use for regular documents it would work.

I put paper in again. "wrong paper size or type". i have the paper size and type set, even bothered to buy epson paper. I'm close to taking a hammer to this thing.
