Love it , works great, and i can use it away from the printer

Great printer, works well and like that you don’t need to deal with multiple ink cartridges

Printer is great ,but setup is awful and screen is to small

This model printer works as described. The scanner is not quite as good as my prior one but after a lot of tweaking it works ok for my needs. Would recommend this printer.

The printer and scanner work very well after it is set up. The problem is getting it set up. I tried to use the online service to set it up and they were not able to succeed. I ended up hiring the Best Buy Geek squad to come in person to my home to set it up. They were able to succeed, but it added quite a bit of expense on top of the purchase price of the printer. I resent the added expense.

The employees were very informative and attentive, but not pushy or impatient. Great service also great selection.

Excellent service and product and will for sure go back to BestBuy for my future purchases.

Epson is a name you can trust. Quality is great. Stop buying cheap printers that you have to replace every year. The convenience of the super tank is great.

Ive printed images on a variety of papers, and stock paper, and holographic papers. The printer hasnt really caused a lot of problems.

This printer was in my home for about 30 days, used less than a dozen times, and an error message (034004) or (E01) appeared on the screen. This error message is for a paper jam. There is no paper in the printer. I have opened every door, checked every source and even took the printer to our computer repair store. They found no paper, no little bits of anything. The error message persists and I cannot use the printer/copier/scanner. I have been in touch with Epson customer service three times, sent in photos of the ink level, error message, and serial number in addition to a pdf of my receipt. They now are telling me that they need more pictures. So a brand new printer stopped working in less than one month of use. And customer service is zero help. It would also be helpful if Epson hired someone who spoke English as their first language or even as a second language.

If I have to fight with a printer to get it to work, no matter how well it prints when it does, it gets one star. A major problem, which is my fault for not noticing, is that it can't scan double-sided pages. But the one which is going to force me to sell it is connection problems with wifi. If I make the mistake of turning it off, there's always a significant wait before it finally connects to wifi. Today my efforts to scan from the printer have been extremely frustrating. One time it finally gave me the option of choosing my computer (which meant the wifi finally connected) and it scanned successfully. The next time, it gave me the option of "Last used," but then gave me connection error messages. I connects well enough to print, and it worked when going through the phone app (but that meant moving the scanned document in the phone to my Dropbox account to retrieve on my computer since the app will only save to the device). When I try to sell it, I'll tell the buyer that my 10+ year old Canon finally connected to wifi through my new computer and I don't need two printers, and I'll happily sell this Epson for a good price.

Great Printer so far! Very economical being able to refill the ink reservoir vs using ink cartridges.

Much better then brothers ink tanks printer last had and Definitely excited to see how the performance does.

I have not tried yet, but I am excited about the price for a color printer where the ink is expected to last longer than a normal ink jet.

Perfect combo for my Dell 27" all in 1. Had to get Geek Tech to install Drive by phone...

I'm please to have gotten this printer, because I've not had any problem with it printing in any color.
