    The colors are not as bright or dark as my old Epson XP-800 printer/scanner. The Printing looks faded. Disappointed will look at other brands next time and not get an Epson product.

    I can't believe I waited so long to buy this!! It's fast, it's quiet, it prints like a champ, and the ink tanks are easy to load and last FOREVER (well, almost). Great for WFH.

    The printer and functionality work as expected. What DOES NOT WORK is the USB port on the left rear side. It is NOT a standard usb port, but nothing comes to adapt the non-standard port to default usb, so it is unusable. Tried using the sites chat-help, but unbelievably, they sent a link that takes me back to the sites page that does nothing to help me correct this issue.

    Extremely disappointed that the “2-Sided” features do not iiclude the ability to copy or scan a stack of double-sided originals in the automatic feeder. If these are required features, you will be very disappointed with this rather pricey printer.

    A little tough and really time consuming for me to finally get this thing set up correctly to work with my laptop. The people who develop these products are so far above the common folk in terms of knowledge and understanding to have any clue or idea of just how incapable the average person is to set up this stuff. Shame on you!
