This is my first Epson. I have had nothing but HP and canon over the years and truth be told i haven't bought anything new for quite some time. Either this is the greatest printer ever or whatever i have owned in the past has been junk. The photos print out incredible and there is a ton of ink left. Take it for what its worth, but i highly recommend this printer.

Overall, a decent printer. The best and stand-out feature is the refillable ink tanks--which save a lot of $'s. The weakest feature is the ADF, Auto Document Feeder--which for an "office " printer is not very robust; the ADF, which also flips the page over for 2-sided printing--sometimes results in a paper-jam feed. Print speed, resolution, scanning, and wireless features seem fine. Overall Review: Recommended

I really like this printer and wonder how I ever put up with ink cartridges. The printer works extremely well and prints photography well enough for my purposes. I traded an HP printer for this one. Easy setup and network connection!

Printer was exactly what our company was looking for. A compact printer that doesn't burn through ink cartridges! We were so sick and tired of constantly ordering ink cartridges, so far our EcoTank has barely used any ink, highly recommend!

Wonderful printer. We use it to print home school curriculum. It’s relatively fast and super efficient on ink. You will end up paying more for ink with a printer that takes cartridges. The up front cost of this one is shocking for a lot of people but you will end up saving more if you print in high volumes.

Easy set up. Ink use reasonable. Print acceptable.

This printer is wonderful! It just works - computer, phone, iPad - no problem. Simple set up. No mess. Scanning and printing are excellent. I’m using it in my home office where I print and scan quite a bit and have had no problems. The ink tanks are huge. I love NOT getting a message that an ink cartridge is running low every time I print a document.

This printer replaced my ET-3600; it prints faster with the same quality print results. The top loading feeder is a nice added feature. This is an excellent model for any home/business requirement.

Love this printer. It is a lot faster than I thought. Works perfect for my small business and home office. Also love that the ink doesn't cost an arm and a leg!

I bought this printer as an upgrade for a cartridge printer and wish I would have kept the old one. The setup was easy enough and print quality is OK. But the Auto Document Feeder (ADF) is basically worthless. The ADF continuously jams when attempting to copy/scan documents, even if only feeding a single page. The only way I have been able to successfully scan documents is to copy each page by placing on the glass and then taking these copies and feeding them into the ADF. This is a real nuisance! Also, when printing, an error message appears that the paper does not match the paper settings and I have to clear the error messages for the printer to print. I have been an epson printer user for years and this is the only printer I have ever had problems using.

Good printer. Many nice features, including being able to see just how much ink is left in the tanks. Print quality is very good, but colors may be washed out in photos as some reviews have said. Installation can be confusing

Spendy, but easy to set up for my home office. Wireless printing worked right away. I like that it is white and not too big like my previous printer. Time shall tell on the longevity of the product. Only had for about a month so haven’t tried mobile printing. Or scanning and. Or paper jams yet.

Very nice product really easy to set up, the only thing I don't like is that is very noisy when working and that there is nothing to hold the paper inside the tray and sometimes it won't detect it.

Love my new printer. Works great! Print quality is excellent. Price value was great! Plus we were able to pay 12 months with no interest due to buying our printer at Best Buy!

We put our printer through a lot of work and it holds up. We have not had any issues with this printer. Color is good. so good quality printing and scanning.

Great product. Kept hearing about it from friends and finally needed one. So, we didn't hesitate. It's nice not having to re-install cartridges after only a few prints...and, the levels are clearly visible.

Product is good size for my office, easy to setup and use. The larger ink tanks are cost efficient for large document productions. Expecting good reliability and durability.

The new Epson is working fine, with no glitches. The Best Buy Tech installed it and answered all my questions.

Really nice unit worth the funds I invested. It prints very well in both black and white, and is pretty quick as well. The supertank makes it affordable as ink runs out. All in all good purchase.
