Great printer! Have had it for quite a while now and the ink levels have not budged. Great print quality and the speed is great.

Smaller footprint on my desk top, big plus. Printing very clear. Set up easy. Biggest plus is the ink tanks fill easliy and hold lots of ink. Farewell to ink cartridges!!!

I have this printer i love it because you can refill the ink.

This is the 4th one of these I have purchased. They are great for printing and a real money saver because of ink cost. I highly suggest getting one. Only thing that could be better is the scanner is pretty slow.

A little noisy and pilot light is very bright- never turns off, shines into bedroom next door. Solved with post-it.

It is a little slow as expected from an inkjet printer. Initially, there was difficulty in scanning, which later improved. No touch panel.

I am so happy with this printer. It was easy to set up (with a little help from YouTube) and connects to all our devices both Apple and Android. I love the ink tank system.

Does not take much room on the table. The color was very nice.

The initial setup was difficult but not impossible. Every other printer I have had was really easy but not this one. This is by far the slowest printer I have ever had. Even black and white text takes forever. I printed some pictures on gloss paper and they looked really good. When they printed the whole picture! Almost half the time, a picture would start to print and then get kicked out without finishing about 2/3 of the picture. For the price, this thing should have had a touch screen rather than the difficult to navigate buttons. It would also have been very convenient if they had included a USB port. Overall, this printer has been a major disappointment.

Printer works as intended. This was suggested by an employee for sublimafion and it works great.

I loved this printer when I first got it, but it’s only been about a year and now I literally have to run troubleshooting software about every other time I try to print - then I shut it off, unplug it, shut down my computer, restart my Internet connection, and most of the time, voila! It starts working. But I run my own business, and often I’m printing several one-page documents over the course of the day. Having to go through this entire routine every other time I send something to the printer is ridiculously inefficient.

Easy to set up, easy to fill ink tanks, very resonably priced ink refill bottles and very pleased with high quality of printed output.
