I love this received it for a birthday gift from my husband

Very Nice, easy setup. Is somewhat noisier than my old HP printer, but does a nice job so far.

The ET-3850 has exceeded my expectations. Love the Super Tanks, a must have! I thought it was easy to set up and the quality of print is awesome!

Easy set-up, connecting to it with a phone or laptop via WiFi is quick and simple, very efficient with ink, unlike my previous HP printer.

This printer is perfect for my office and home I like first one so much I bought a second one for the office very easy to set up and the ink last a long time

Easy to use and setup. Epson has been a good product. I like the ability to refill the chambers instead of ordering cartridges. I have had a small scanner that’s been great.

Great once it's updated properly, but a pain to update. WiFi connection is unreliable even when only 8ft from a router. Had months of issues with unreliable connection over WiFi. Tried Epson helpline twice and on the second time finally found someone who had some idea of what to do (beyond the usual switch off/on again), but it required hardwiring the printer to a laptop in order to perform a firmware update because the Epson app wouldn't perform the update over WiFi. Worked OK for maybe two months and then the connection started getting flaky again. We had a WiFi repeater in the house and moved that closer (from maybe 15ft away to less than 8ft), still no luck. Decided to use the WiFi repeater hardwire option and plugged the printer directly into the repeater via Ethernet. So far so good, but doesn't explain the rubbish performance of a feature (WiFi) that should be a reliable feature. Prints nicely though, and seems to just *sip* ink like a hummingbird. I've rated Value including wasting my time, Quality for print quality and overall feel only, Ease of Use for such a rubbish WiFi adapter.

I've had this printer for 2 months now & have had a chance to use it in a couple of capacities, which I have found easy & the print quality very good. Very easy to fill the cartridges!

Been using a monochrome laser printer For several years. Stopped buying the stand inkjet printer as I don’t use it often enough and things clog up and it was costing me more than the plaster printer. I decided to try a tank printer and I am very happy with it so far. Had it since September 2023. I printer color maybe once a week and it all working well. We will see what the next year will bring.

Excellent print quality. Easy to set up easy to use

We are completely satisfied with this purchase. Very easy to set up, even for a person like me who struggles with technology. We LOVE the ink instead of the cartridges. I was worried it would be messy & I'd spill it everywhere, but the bottles have a feature that holds the ink in until you press it down into the loading dock. We're never going back to cartridges again! The printing speed is pretty decent & quality is excellent. Also, not that this is important, but the print is very aestetically pleasing. It looks very nice in our home office.

I bought this printer instead of a cheaper model because I wanted the top feed. I love everything else about this printer, except that. I get the top feed to pull in the paper about 1 out of 50 tries, and then only if one piece of paper. You could basically say that it does not work. Otherwise, the set up was quick and easy and I've printed many, many pictures and documents with the ink going down very little. It prints better pictures than my HP printer and it connects to WiFi every time.

Great printer, would recommend especially for a business operation.

I had been putting off buying a new printer, but I decided to try a new Epson Ecotank. It was easy to setup/install with my computer. I can already see that I will save money on my ink. Great printer for the money.

Free of cartridges at last. Plus it prints very nicely. Color and clarity are great. Plus it takes up less desktop space than some other printers.

Best printer I have bought. East set up and so far (I have had it for 1 month) ink is lasting as I would expect ink to last!

I can't begin to say enough good things about this copy machine! The colors are wonderful; the bottles of color so easy to change and operating is exceptionally easy for children of all ages.

Great resolution. Easy to use and also a good modification where you can close the top to protect from dust.

Great printer with lots of ink! This will last you a long time.
