Good solid printer and generally easy to use. Using app vs. on screen can be confusing, however. For example, could not get decent prints of photos using screen settings. But was able to (with guessing and experimenting) using the app on my phone. More extensive printed instructions, or condensed on-line instructions, re basic functions would have been useful.

This printer works very well. I had originally bought a different brand which I had previously had success with. But that printer was a nightmare to set up wireless. This Epson set up easily and quickly. No problem with wireless. Filling the ink tanks was easy. I spilled a little, but that was probably user error. The printer prints beautifully. No issues at all with the quality.

Easy to install and use. This is almost a plug and play device. If it was a smidge quieter it would be perfect.

Great Ink Jet Printer, long lasting ink, easy refill and great quality printing

Purchased this Epson ET-3850 printer because of the Epson name and because of the supertank ink supply. As ink is very costly and typical ink for inkjet printers doesn't last as long as usually advertised, I am hoping Epson saves me the cost of endless inkjet cartridges.

The ET-3840 from Best Buy is the best printer I have had in the last 25 years, even the scanner works and the ease of operation with the printer is grand, and saves time, even the collation feature saves time. I am telling my friends,

This was a replacement for my older Epson printer that had become less dependable! I’m happy with this printer. It was easy to setup and connect to the WiFi. It does what it’s suppose to do. Print quality is good, but one of my favorite features is the 2 sided printing. I haven’t had it long enough to say how long the ink will last, but so far it’s looking good!

Quite simple to set up and prints beautifully! Highly recommend.

Got this to replace an aging Brother that needed a new printhead. LOVE the ink replacement system and ink cost. This is very compact but still has ADF, flatbed & duplex printing. Decent device management apps as well. Even though it has Ethernet & wireless, the fancy iPhone stuff only works w a wireless connection so just start with Wireless and don't try to go w Ethernet.

For the price range I like the printer. Still getting use to refillable ink v. cartridges. I miss the touch screen on printers I've had in the past. The screen is not as intuitive as it could be and sometimes it's hard to figure out what to do; have to constantly look at the manual or on-line on how do something.

Love this printer! We don’t use a desktop computer in our home we use iPads and laptops. It is so cool to be able to print directly to the printer through Wi-Fi and the app for your devices is amazing. The ability to be able to scan things directly into your phone is priceless. I know there are other printers that have this ability as well but filling the ink is also really cool and it is cheaper than a lot of other printers. The quality is awesome !

Best printer I have ever had. I print and scan quite a lot and was looking for an all in one printer that could meet the demands of my job and I found it ! The speed, quality, durability, and savings on ink are unmatched . I am beyond impressed with its capabilities.

Clear and nice prints, would be better if it was touch screen but overall is a great printer with nothing wrong

I like the fact that the ink lasts much longer than my old HP printer. However their was a big learning curve for this printer. I had to call the Geek Squad in order to get the printer to scan documents.

Printer was easy to install, set up and go! I was happy to see ink was included with the purchase. Nobody takes care of your printing needs like EPSON !!!

Really enjoy using this printer. Great quality for the price and easy to use.
