Great product and wonderful solution for a home setup. Not the fastest in the world but great quality print and multi-function capabilities. Our print needs are sporadic so the supertank cartridge solution is great. Don't have to worry about cleaning print heads after periods of non-use. We actually got 2, one for home and one for my shop.

Compared to standard ink cartridges, the Epson ink tanks give much longer service before needing to be replaced. I use my printer for a wide variety of tasks and print quality is very good for all of those uses including pictures and graphics. I highly recommend this printer.

Love it it’s all I expected it to do so far it’s been reliable photos r ok can’t complain

As I was transitioning from a laser to inkjet I expected some differences. Overall, the ET-3850 has performed satisfactorily and considering the savings in ink cost, I am satisfied.

So fair this has been a great printer, the colors come out nice and you save so much in ink. The tanks last fairly long, the only thing we had to adjust was the scanning settings which are very blurry at the default options. Bump those up to at least 600 dpi for usable scans, that has been the only real hiccup

Great sublimation printer. Easy to refill ink also. Sublimation came out gorgeous. Love this printer. Again, cannot beat an Epson printer. Best on the market and it’s all I’ve owned for over 40 years. Truly best printers in the market. Dependable.

Overall it's a great printer. Small footprint, pretty quiet, excellent quality and installation was easy and mess-free. My only criticism is the tiny display window. It's a poor design and it's a little difficult pressing the little e-buttons. You can use your phone or other device app to do the same, but they could have made it bigger.

I love the fact that I never have to buy very, very expensive ink cartridges ever again Some reports I read stated annual ink costs were around $7.00. Print quality is good but printer is a little noisy when printing.

Works well without undue attention, you just press the button.

I like the printer for our basic needs in the house. The only issue I have is that it only prints automatic duplex, But the feeder on the scanner part will not scan auto duplex, you have to scan on flat scanner or all the items you want to scan has to be in one side only. I looked at what it could do when I bought it and asked a Best buy employee if it did duplex they said yes and I took it was for both printing and scanning like my old one did. That is why the 3 star instead of 5 star. I will recommend this for Basic house hold use with a little patience to work it on the more complicated scan and print projects.

Recently purchased on 02-16-22. Set-up instructions not entirely clear or easy to determine. Had to get Epson help to get scanner to work. So far, the printer workers well. I don't think the PPM cited is absolutely accurate as it seems slower than cited PPM. Am happy that I do not expect to have to buy expensive ink for awhile.

Pretty easy set up and prints nicely. Ink storage big feature and certainly don't miss buying and changing those cartridges. Keyboard small and a bit cumbersome to navigate.

Great printer, easy install and prints good pictures

Replaced an older similar model. Easy to install and connect. I wish the new one had a touch screen like the older one but still not too much trouble - just a little different.
