    Bought this to replace a crappy HP printer that my wife bought. Working from home, I needed a printer that was reliable and didn’t suck down ink cartridges like it was on a feeding frenzy. The ink is much less expensive and the interface with the smartphone app is robust. I think I made a good choice.

    Never had an Epson before, having only purchased HP. I'm now an Epson believer! Never going back... The ink is long lasting and reasonable to replace. The print quality is exceptional.

    I am extremely pleased so far with this printer! I purchased one of the top Epson models for my wife’s office a few years ago and it continues to work perfectly. My only complaint with it was the tiny touch screen. This new model has a nice color, non touchscreen with physical buttons next to the screen.

    The EPSON ET-3850 so far is a work horse. We have installed and used the Scan software and it is user friendly. We haven't used the photo software yet. I had a Canon printer before and the ink was expensive. The eco tank will end up saving us a lot of money.

    Love this printer. I was always a "HP" fan, but since I bought this Epson - EcoTank ET-3850 All-In-One Supertank - It hands HP a run for its $. So easy and convenient to refill the tanks!!!!! LOVE IT !!

    Great compact printer. AirPrints easily. Love the ink tanks, so much better than previous teeny cartridges. Serial number did not work to register, but did get it registered thru online setup. Enough tape on the copier to keep it from ever opening- took some time to inbox!
