This is one outstanding Inkjet printer. My old printer finally died and I went to Best Buy. The sales person recommended this printer and boy was he right.

Does a fabulous job but is a lot slower than the 8700 I was using. Salesman said it would take the place of the 8700, but it’s not nearly as fast!! That’s my only complaint. Everything else is amazing and I will never own another brand.

I'm glad that I purchased this printer. I absolutely love it ! Feels like a camera taking a picture. So clear.

Thus printer is very easy to set-up and works well. It sure beats our previous HP printer which always dropped connection with the network.

Printer works well and prints crisply. Set up is a little long but ok.

Performance is great. Scanning a little slow, but not terrible. Software a bit odd in small ways. You have to confirm that you want to turn it off? Why? Ink last a VERY, VERY long time. I also have the ET-7750. Better software, scans faster, cost more, certainly!

Printer works well with good color. Have had some minor issues with the automatic paper feed. New experience with ink tanks rather than cartridges.

After spending $500.00 in the last 2 years for my old printer ink, i wanted something that would not cost so much in ink. This was easy to set up and with the Epson smart app connection was great. Now my wife can prong her color pages without me cringing.

Worst printer I have ever owned. I love the ink tanks and not having to deal with expensive cartridges that dry out while half full. But the ink tanks are worthless if the printer doesn't work properly. It takes 3 1/2 minutes to print one color page--and that's just two colors, red and black, text only. I need to print 4-10 such pages for my job, so it takes 15-30 minutes just for printing, which is unacceptable. I searched the web for a fix, but none of the recommendations worked. I have followed every step and every suggestion from Epson. It still takes 3 1/2 minutes to print one color page. Printing from my phone over wifi, which I did regularly with my old HP printer, does not work with the Epson. Even though the printer shows up as an option on my phone, even though I can go through all the steps to print, even though both devices are on the same network, the printer does nothing. The only way I can print anything on this printer is from my computer. Scanning was a joke. I tried Epson ScanSmart, Scan2, ScanUtility, again following every recommendation from Epson's FAQs and support pages, but nothing worked. I spent two hours trying to get this printer to scan, to no avail. At most, it would scan one page, and the second page got stuck halfway through the feed. Every. Time. I'll see if the Geek Squad can help. If not, I will return this printer.

Overall good. Is not user friendly with it's display usability. Having problems with it staying envelope mode no matter how many attempts to correct to regular 8.5x11 paper. Color picture quality not nearly as good as with the Cannon printers I regularly would purchase. But, the savings in ink for everyday use is great.

Prints crisp and clear documents, scans properly, and does a good job of printing photo quality images. Takes a few tries to get used to using the Scanner app from a Mac, but ultimately it works.

great printer. i did lots of research for a week or so and gave it a try. not bad at all.

Excellent printer. I make my own birthday cards. This is the perfect printer for me. I’ve printed over 200 cards easily.

Printer is easy to set up and is quick when printing. I wish there was a way to change the saturation level. I print a full color sheet and it is a little dull. I want to get a deeper richer color but it doesn't allow me to change that.

The printer was very easy to setup. The print quality is good.

Easy to setup and comes with many print options. We use these throughout our company. Excellent print quality. We will definitely keep using these.
