Works great but the color representation isn't accurate sometimes. Green comes out greyish. Magenta comes out dull. If you don't use this printer 0ften then printing issues will occur. We've tried all the printer head cleaning settings, and it worked for a few prints, then went back to inaccurate colors. We got the extended warranty so we ended up returning.

The Epson ET- 3850 tank printer was great. The ink did not have to be changed or added for over a year! Printing was good and only problem was an occasional disconnect from the internet. Then, a few days after warranty expired it DIED! No connection to internet, took days of connect/reconnect and chat with "HELP" line. After a week of that, Epson was going to replace it, but with a REFURBED product, which I had to pay a deposit to receive. Less than 60 days now and it , too has same connection issue. Cannot even get to the connect program due to error messages. I have to buy a new printer today. Not happy. Five star original is now 1 due to lack of customer service and the week it took to get any action from Epson distant land help pool. On my way to buy another brand. EPSON, if you read this, I would be willing to pay $1-2,000 for a home printer that would work longer than one year and be easier to connect and would NEVER force me to call your incompetent,"HELP" line. Good company has sunk to a new low. Cheapest is NOT better. Customers deserve new options.

Epson printer has worked very well. Use it to copy 4th grade worksheets and study guides for almost 40 students.

Set-up was seamless. Print quality is good. No problems so far.

The printer works fine when attached to my computer for printing. Often times, when I lift the lid to copy a document, it locks up and has to be powered off and on to begin functioning as it should.

Excellent so far in the first few weeks. I'm hopeful the ink will last longer that my previous cartridge printer.

I only hope to soon see the difference of cost in ink refills compared to the HP that I just tossed to the curb.

Easy setup. Great little printer/scanner. Loving not have to put in a new ink cartiridge everytime I print a few pages. Ink lasting better than I expected. Holds plenty of paper for printing. Quailty of printing is awesome. No regrets to purchasing this printer.

I like the ink refill which is easy and convenient. Quality product and I would recommend.

I like that I can print a color page and not worry about one of the cartridges being low or empty. My old printer was never in sync, so I was always getting off color mixes and warnings that I had low ink. What a pain! Now I can print without giving it a thought. Oh yes, I would try to save money by buying off brand cartridge's that only worked 1/2 the time. Not a problem now!

Printer is definitely top shelf for your home. Filling the ink is easy. Ink does seem to last longer.

A little loud… and the gears make so noise. Love the print quality Will take forever to run out of ink………..

I like that it's different from Canon, which I have owned for more years that I can remember. I am evidently a slow learner. I cannot understand the buttons on the face of the printer. It's a challenge to even turn it off at day's end. Some days, I give up and just go to bed with it still turned on. Not that I want to do that.
