I've had the printer for a month. The few times I've used it there have been no problems.

I am very happy with my Epson ET-3850 printer. Best buy had a very competitive price for this printer and delivered it the next day, as promised. Another very positive customer experience for me with Best Buy!

i love my printer!! i had problems with the feeder and a long line when using it. i called epson and just have to keep it clean.

Great features and a bit of work to get it registered and the software installed, but so far, great.

This printer is obsolete it’s not even touch me. It’s not even touch screen. I wish I had knew earlier that this printer did not have the feature I need. Unfortunately I was in the middle of fixing a place for my wife to do her work and found out this printer wouldn’t work. I like Epson printers but this one has old features that don’t work for my wife’s work and mind.

So far, I’m really impressed. I’m hoping this printer serves me well for at least another many years. I DO highly recommend it.

I’m on my second eco tank printer and printed a ton. Wanted one with a document feeder so I bought this one.

Epson 3850 so far it’s been good. Wife says it prints to slow with color prints.

Love the tank printers. Both my wife and I now have one. Wish the screen was a touch.

So far so good. The only 2 things I wish the printer had a a touch-screen and a feeder to work in conjunction with the scanner. Apparently the document feeder will only work for making copies.

Best printer purchase hands down! Would buy again.

This printer is like the Energizer bunny.... it just keeps going and going. I would never switch back to a printer with cartridges. The reprehensible ink more than offsets the extra cost of the printer.

Our first printer was Slow, Noisy, and randomly crashed. After many phone calls to tech support, they finally decided to replace the printer. The replacement had an tank error, and emptied black ink all over our clothing, furniture, and carpets, doing over $2,000 damage. Neither Best Buy or Epson was willing to assist with any of this, and Epson only agreed to refund my purchase price after MONTHS of phone calls and e-mail. Buy Anything but an Epson, and don't rely on Best Buy for anything but taking your money. I tried to upload photos, but somehow Best buy doesn't want proof uploaded. (Shocker)

This printer is much improved over my 4 yr old Epson,, kre efficient and quiet an uses less ink..

I have used this printer a few times, the only thing I don't like is the usb port is not like the one on my hp computer. I believe it is a usba. how do I convert to a usb-b

The employee that helped me was very nice and friendly. I asked for help. And he promptly helped. Completed transaction and explained everything. They will be getting more of my business. .

I have not used the printer to print a lot yet. But filling up the ink was somewhat frustrating. The instructions for setting up the printer and filling the ink is on the printer screen. However, you are not able to touch the screen. Using the arrows are frustrating because it is not easy to understand. You think pressing the arrow chooses a certain option but it doesn't. I kept looping around because I couldn't figure out how to choose the different screen options. I just gave up on certain things.

I like the printer. I was able to get all the features I had on my old printer. Geek Squad was very helpful in helping me get set up.

This is our second Epson EcoTank and we wouldn’t purchase any other printer. Great value for the expense!
