    Eco tank printing good. Jams bad, particularly document feeding. Very light construction. The Epson 7720, not tank, is much more sturdy.

    Great printer. The large ink tanks resolve my biggest complaint with traditional ink cartridges.... ridiculously expensive ink. Ordering was easy and it was ready the next day. Pickup was simple and fast.

    I was quite skeptical that this printer would work better than my cartridge Epson printer but I have been pleasantly surprised by this machine. Very quiet and efficient plus the air print capabilities are great.

    Our first printer was Slow, Noisy, and randomly crashed. After many phone calls to tech support, they finally decided to replace the printer. The replacement had an tank error, and emptied black ink all over our clothing, furniture, and carpets, doing over $2,000 damage. Neither Best Buy or Epson was willing to assist with any of this, and Epson only agreed to refund my purchase price after MONTHS of phone calls and e-mail. Buy Anything but an Epson, and don't rely on Best Buy for anything but taking your money. I tried to upload photos, but somehow Best buy doesn't want proof uploaded. (Shocker)

    Worked great for the first week. Now it constantly has network connection issues and only sometimes works. About ready to return. Epson... You can do much better than this. We have other Epson eco tank models in our office with no issues at all.

    This color printer is overpriced, and the print quality is extremely faded and thin. Even with full ink cartridges, the colors are not vibrant at all. On top of that, the connectivity is inconsistent, making it even more frustrating to use. Very disappointing. Do not buy!

    So far so good. The only 2 things I wish the printer had a a touch-screen and a feeder to work in conjunction with the scanner. Apparently the document feeder will only work for making copies.
