For the money I expected it to at least have a Statement setting for scanning. Nope. Had to play around with custom settings to get something close to the size. Try to print a 3x5? Nope, just kept getting stuck. Print was lighter than any printer I've used. Only got a good shade when using the best option, which of course uses more ink. It's a ok printer for just basic printing. If a basic printer is all you need, save your money and get something basic. I needed something with more options, but didn't get those options that I needed.

It's sturdy and faster than our old one. The ink looks like it will last a long time and the cost of replacements are cheaper.

Everything working well, no jams either in printing or scanning, lots of ink left. Has a great feature, often times when changing paper, I forget to pull out the tray that catches the print outs. This printer automatically extends the tray so the print outs do no fall to the floor. Love that.

There is an unusual amount of paper jams initially, hopefully this will not continue. Quality is good and the 2 years free ink is a great deal!
