Having opened up a new business. Record keeping is of the utmost importance. I consider this unit a godsend. It expeditiously takes the receipts and puts them in the correct categories. Could ask for a better machine. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an efficient unit.

The Epson RR is just what I was looking for; easy to use and something that can just sit in the corner until I feed it documents. Then I just use the app on Windows to sort things out. I wish the document sorting tool was a bit more intuitive. Would be nice if it grouped things by batch (I scan in receipts, then bills, then statements - I still have to notice the grouping visually - it could simply note the gap in time between and put in some demarcation).

This document scanner has been a game changer for me. I am able to scan multiple receipts and documents at the same time, double-sided. I can either use the receipt/invoice manager software or save my documents as pdfs. Its not cheap, but its worth it.

This wireless receipt scanner worked out great for me. I love the fact that it'll scan up to 100 receipts at a time. This worked very well for my tax preparation, in comparison with the Neat Desktop receipt scanner I was using before, where you could only load one sheet at a time. Scanning is fast and I love that it gives you the option to then review each scanned it and make make changes before finalizing and saving.

Had I known about how this RapidReceipt Scanner worked, I would have purchased it a LONG time ago. I have looked at them for a few years, but just was unsure. And now that I have it!!!! Well!! I LOVE IT! MOST DEFINTELY RECOMEND!

Good scanner but the instructions are vague. However definitely fast.

Love this scanner, it is crazy quick and super customizable. I have an icon for each type of document I am going to file that can be automatically saved to a correct network/Dropbox folder. I had 3 boxes of papers I’ve been meaning to file and this scanner helped me clear through it all in an afternoon and now I am on top of all new mail with no more stacks. Very Happy, Highly recommend

Went into Best Buy asking for a printer and scanner for mobile work in my van. I was so excited to get started. I unpackaged and immediately hooked everything up however I still to this day have not been able to print. I’ve downloaded every Epson app there is still can’t print. I really don’t want to return it because the scan feature is awesome however I really need to print as well for my clients.
