The software is not intuitive and requires some tuning to make it work. I am disappointed that the scan to email feature only works for Outlook installed on your device. It would be really nice to have this work with web-based email platforms such as Gmail. Scanning is very fast and the overall build quality on the scanner is decent.

Sometimes multiple errors stating two pages have been pulled when that is not the case. Very fast otherwise.

Great Product From Epson

But since I got the programming to finally take, the scanner works great. Wish it would integrate more with Quicken, but I believe that's an issue with Quicken and not Epson.
