It can print up to 13x19 which is the reason, we got it. It installed via network easy and via USB with the EPSON software. I recommend buying extra ink, as with EPSON, the reservoirs are on the smaller side. One of the coolest features is the powered print catch tray.

There is not a huge selection of printers that print 11x17, so we bought this and works great, but the ink is just too much.

The employees were very helpful; taking the time to answer all my questions and explain details of the products I where looking for. They were very knowledgeable in the different products me and my wife was looking for. We purchased a few things that we had no knowledge about, but after their staff finished helping us. We felt very confident in our purchases. And even though we spent quite a bit for our business. They went the extra mile in helping us with a few options to save few hundred dollars. I really appreciate all the service and advise they gave me and my wife in making my shopping experience a great one.

And it's because if you utilize their "update", you will update yourself into no longer being able to use third party or even refilled brand name ink cartridges. It was tolerable until this last update has even excluded me from printing in black and white UNLESS I have every single color refilled. And they can't be empty, either. Or It Will Not Operate! I'm done with Epson. I won't even give it away because this machine is no gift. But hey, it does put out some high quality, very expensive prints.....

Posted .Hello CDC007, the Epson WF-7310 is designed to use only genuine Epson-brand ink cartridges. Other brands of ink cartridges, and ink supplies, are not compatible, and even if described as compatible, may not function properly. Epson provides information about the design of the printer on the box, as well as many other locations, including materials shipped with the printer. Too many trays to figure out and not overly impressed. Many annoying things like when I shut it off, it asks me if I'm sure. Seriously? It's heavy and cumbersome. I had thought about taking it back but waited too long. I can't pick it up by myself.
