I find it easy to use. I use it for printing, copying, and scanning. I replaced another workforce printer that failed after 2 years. I bought another Workforce printer because I had about $100 in print cartridges on hand when it failed and I could buy this printer for less than $100. I will be happy as long as it works. I stopped using HP printers when they stopped supporting B/W scanning which I use for filing business documents.

replaced an 8 yr old printer. a little more complicated but is fast and provides great quality copies and with paper feeder scanning is so fast. instructions not very thorough if you are a beginner

Easy to use great print quality. Only issue I have had is getting paper types synced between printer and pc

This is the second of this model I bought. The first one stopped recognizing the ink but best buy conviently exchanged it for a new one. Very happy with quality and price. Ink refills aren't very expensive either

I previously owned the WF-3640, which really was too much printer for me with the dual paper trays and its size. I started having printing alignment issues with it so I decided to search for a new model. The price made me purchase the WF-3620. At $59.99, how could I go wrong? And, it uses the same cartridges. I find the ink for Epson printers far less expensive than the HP cartridges, which is another plus for Epson.

This is a great Printer and it has a lot good features. I replaced my old printer and it is will worth it. An really easy to hook up and easy wifi hook up also. It works with all the devices at the house.

Great printer. Very easy to set up the printer. I had a little trouble installing the program because I have an APPLE Mac computer, I had to download and install program. That took awhile. But once it was installed, I've had no problems using the printer and fax. I also love the self feed to copy multiple pages. Overall, a great printer for the price I paid. All my printers in the past has been HP. I like EPSON now.

I print a lot of power points for school for studying, so this printer is super fast and the ink last for quite a long time needed having to replace.....basically you getting more bang for your buck!

I love the Workforce series (except for the low-end models) and this one is no exception. I have set up at least a dozen of these and they all work well.

Quick set up. No complex instructions to decipher. Blue tooth was actually easy to set up. Never had a printer where I didn't have to call tech support to help set it up, until now.

Great printer, fast and good resolution, like the compact size. Just a little noisy. Works great.

I purchased this for almost half price so certainly I got it for a good price. Never-the-less, it has proven to be a very functional and reliable printer. I just wish ink ( as with all printers) was cheaper. I use it every so often for printing and scanning so I can not attest to this being the printer to buy for anyone printing numerous papers everyday, But, it meets my needs and I am happy with it.

Printer was beyond easy to set up. Just plugged it in and it was ready to go. Wireless connection was a breeze.

Couldn't have made a better choice! This all-in-one printer is everything needed and wanted. The set up is simple (prior reviews had me a little nervous!) and I never had to connect to the printer during set up. The noise level is appropriate (low) and it prints quickly and efficiently. Very happy with my decision!
